Ordered a phiran 0n 2jan still no updates till 30jan never faced such problem with other online shopping site Already prepaid i am in fix whether it will be delivered or not order no 1000173975

This site highly unprofessional people worst quality of things even size is not correct no customer care service

do not order from this site. I ordered some products, they took the money from my account. then I received a message that in fact they do not deliver to my country. and look, I was left with no money and no products. because they tricked me as if the money was returned to the account, then when I asked them for proof, they didn't answer me anymore

No order is delivered, although i paid upfront. It's been a week since I placed the order. No communication from the company.

Now I'm worried about the product quality. Don't buy ever.

Brilliant !!! I ordered two Phirans!!!! Both are absolutely stunning, good quality stitching, beautiful embroidery. Takes around 4 weeks, but well worth the wait, as soon as a recieved the shipping details, my order arrived within 5 days!!!! Taxes are included which is excellent. They responded in good time to all emails, and were very polite.

Worst website to shop. I checked the prices just 2 days ago and now when I was about to order,they changed the price and increased it from 4050 rs to 5000 rs. Then, I asked my friend to check after few hours and she said the price of the other two suits which I have selected before has also increased from 2700 to 3600 and 1424 to 2200 respectively. A huge difference within few hours. I have decided not to use 5his website ever.

Prices are affordable. Its amazing experience to get the products from Kashmir. Kashmiri artisans handworks deserving giving rich to life style. I tried to order atleast two items per month give me a rich experience. Thanks to Kashmirbox team spirit.

Pathetic is to start with. The size of the cloth is short and even after confirming the lied about the product measurement. The cloth bleeds color all my other clothes washed with the pathetic material suit if Kashmir Box got spoiled. The price is extremely high for such low quality products and sick service. When we complained the person name Bilal laughed and said you have done a mistake I cannot help it. Pls don’t waste your time and money.

Exceptional service and Quality management

Customer service is very good (they reply to your query within a day). Order dispatches in about a week. Products are excellent as well. Good way to support small scale businesses.

Worst Place ever - They Actually Stole our Money.
They ask that you pay in advance either on a credit card or CASH upon delivery "BEFORE" you check the order...
That is the trick as then you and your money are parted.

They lie and cheat people- Till today they owe me for saffron and expensive other goods all missing out of my shipment.
The goods came oil soiled and packets of spices from broken packing strewn all over the packing box littered and dirty, some smashed and others were cracked and leaking and seeping into other products. It was a disaster and they did not ever care or apologize.
Items missing never replaced. Its been two years now and we do not even waste time as we are beyond frustrated.

I would give them A ZERO If I could.
Lied about orders and till today owe us money which we have given up on ever receiving - MY ADVICE FRIENDS _ BEWARE _ They are CON PEOPLE (Artists)
It is really very sad as they give Kashmiri People a bad reputation and its unfortunate as Kashmir has so much to offer people....

worst service, they shipped a cancelled order after 6 months of placing the order. order was cancelled by Kasmirbox itself due to internet shutdown. they sent me cancellation confirmation. but they did not process any refund. but shipped the product after 6 months. will never order anything from kasmir box. customer support will not respond!

I ordered in Aug 2019. I am still waiting for order. order is confirmed. no response from them.

I bought badam with the shell , after breaking it open don't see any badam , cost is high and no quality

Please do not order anything from this company . I paid for sample hats and confirmed everything . The order arrived and was totally different to what I ordered . £200 down the drain .

Horrible experience, mismanagement of orders.
Kashmir Box may have a very professional website but they clearly lack the ability to manage and communicate regarding the orders.
I had cancelled one of the items within my order via mail providing clear details along with Item code.Yet they shipped me the only item that cancelled in the order and held on to the rest of the items.
I would recommend anyone interested in buying their products to think twice and be very cautious before placing their order.

Very worst don't even think about it, Useless almond's with powder and dust.

I will never order any product from kashmirbox.com because they have send me empty bottel of pure shilajit on cash on delivery of product.
