Really pleased with the rollers. They are very solid and well made.
They are an absolute god send. My Cat was going mad staying indoors all the time.
She now has the freedom to go outside whenever she wants and we have the peace of mind that she won't jump the fence and wonder off.
Shaun and Dave were really good and friendly.
The only thing I was disappointed in was the communication.
It would take them ages, sometimes days to reply to my emails and WhatsApp messages.
Apart from that they were very good. I would definitely recommend them

Katzecure came to change a gate to a fence as part of their system. The guys arrived on time, were efficient in doing the job and tidied up after themselves. Happy as usual with the service. Thank you guys.

Had our new secure system fitted last week after a site visit by Billy. Matt & Forty worked tirelessly & with great care and respect for our garden, to ensure we had this fabulous system in place allowing the two escape artists free run of the garden. Everyone whose seen it comments on how attractive it is affording us additional privacy in the
garden too. Thank you for giving me peace of mind once again.

I have the happiest cats thanks to the amazing team at Katzecure. All the way through the process they have been professional and helpful. I am delighted with the installation and my cats are having the time of their lives enjoying the outside world safely.

After looking at various options we decided we preferred the aesthetics and looks of Katzecure.

From first contact everyone was really helpful and answered all of our questions.

We opted to have the site survey and we’re really pleased we did. Billy was very knowledgeable and helped reassure us that the system could be adapted to strengthen our areas of concern and cover all aspect of our garden.

Things moved very quickly once we decided to go ahead. We soon had an install date and we couldn’t be happier. Billy, Jay and Dave did an excellent job with the install. Everything was left clean and tidy and the system looks amazing now installed. They answered all our questions and talked us through their plans and processes. Making it all very clear.

The system looks fantastic. We chose to have trellis added as an extra and this just adds to the overall look.

So far we’ve not had any break out attempts but it’s only been a couple of weeks since install. We did have a visit from a neighbours cat, and given he couldn’t get out once in our garden, we are confident we won’t have any issues with our own cats.

Post install we opted to sign up for the maintenance plan for total peace of mind moving forwards.

Huge thanks to Billy and his team. Very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend it to anyone considering securing their garden to keep their cats safe.

KATZECURE - I have had the Katzecure cat containment system for 10 years now with 6 cats. No escapes and only once did a cat get in never to return.
I pay monthly for the system to be maintained for peace of mind and today the guys came and replaced 15 poles!
I am so pleased I chose this system as looks great and most importantly the cats are safe.

What a great company, we had the system installed to keep our new British blue cat safe after our 1st one passed away he was an outdoor cat and had a horrible accident, I came across Katzecure doing research and they are the best, lads installed on time, polite and hard working I would absolutely recommend this company for cat lovers thank you so much

Great company, know what they are doing and not only respond in a timely manner but the installation team were very considerate and did a very good job in a tricky garden. The cat likes it too! It’s rare these days to be able to write a review which is completely positive.

I dislike providing anything other than a good review. I’ve given three stars because the lady I’ve emailing has done all she can. And is greatly appreciated. If it wasn’t for her it would two stars. Other than that I am no wiser of the product. Pricing and time scales. After weeks I have heard absolutely nothing at all.
So I’ve gone with another suppler similar product. Who have responded within hours. I know all I need to know and delivery time frames. And this supplier is over seas.

Really responsive to all our questions, and the work was done professionally and looks good - so far, no cats have made an escape!

We were looking for a solution that would secure the garden for our cat whilst not being too obtrusive for us. After reviewing several options and talking to other cat owners we decided on the roller system from Katzecure. We are so please we did as this has provided a secure safe place for the cat and is so much better to look at that the other options. Billy at Katzecure was really helpful in remotely planning the installation giving advice and offering solutions. The team did a site visit the day before and completed the installation on the agreed day. We are very pleased with the roller system and would certainly recommend Katzecure.

Katzecure has lived up to its name and made our cat secure in our garden. We appreciated the survey done by Shaun and Jay and on installation days Shaun and Billy were on time and thoroughly professional. They worked very hard both days and took great care that every possible escape route was dealt with. Jeanie loves being outside and although we are vigilant in these early days, she has been safe, calm and happy. We highly recommend this company.

It is on the expensive side however the work is beautifully done and the system is very secure. I see it as a long term investment, the peace of mind I now have and seeing how happy the cats are enjoying their garden is worth every penny.

Every person I interacted with at Katzecure was so friendly and professional. The installation team worked incredibly hard throughout some awful weather conditions.

We did unfortunately have one breach - our scarily agile 8 month old cat managed to clear the system using the garden furniture (which had always been there) but thankfully we were monitoring the cats in the garden, as advised as this was very soon after the installation, and he was swiftly returned - it would be fair to note that our other two adult cats would never have managed to clear this distance.

The team returned the following week and made some adjustments and he has not got anywhere close to breaking out since, believe me when I say that he has tried and failed with every possible angle you could think of. If you ever need someone to test your system - he’s your guy!

Because of the early breach, it has taken me some time to fully trust the system but we are a month on from that now and I can honestly say I am there and feel completely confident that the cats are safe, to the point where during the day, I just leave the window open and let them come and go as they please.

Another bonus is that the neighbourhood cats who regularly used to visit haven’t been into the garden. I’ve seen them assessing the system from neighbouring shed roofs and fences but they haven’t even attempted to come in.

So in summary; a slightly bumpy start but I would 100% recommend Katzecure to anyone and I’m very happy that we chose them to cat proof our garden.

Absolutely amazing team. Very aware and considerate of our needs with truly professional fitting. All potential “escape routes “ well covered. Attention to detail was great with assurances that Katzecure is there for support in the future. Would highly recommend.

Katzecure has been brilliant from start to finish. The team are so helpful, professional, and really responsive, making the whole process easy. They were flexible in working around our needs, the communication was clear and prompt and they gave great advice to ensure everything was set up just right. The quality of the work is fantastic, and most importantly, our cats can now enjoy the garden, and there have been no escapes. I would recommend them to anyone looking to secure their garden. Lastly, it also looks much better than netting.

Very professional and efficient service

Fantastic company. I had my original system installed in Dec 2022 and then I moved house in Dec 2024 and with very short notice they were able to dismantle from the first house and reinstall with extras in the new house. I cannot fault them. Staff always so professional, polite and hard working, and the system itself is of very good quality. It is not cheap but it’s worth it: a) knowing you’re dealing with a decent company who will get it done quickly and efficiently with no issues, b) guaranteed cats cannot escape and will return and re design if there are issues (I’ve never had any issues), c) quality products that last and d) on-going support, check ups/reviews, dismantle and reinstall if you move house. It’s worth every penny, and for the peace of mind that my cats can be outside and enjoy fresh air and sun without risking their lives on the roads. Thanks KatZecure

The system itself is absolutely foolproof, and there have been no escapes so far despite a couple of early attempts. It's much easier on the eye to alternative systems too. But as well as all that, the service was second to none, from the excellent communication from Jane in the office (who patiently answered my many, many questions), to the installantion by Matt, who worked tirelessly in the coldest and darkest time of the year to get the work done to a very high standard. I can't recommend Katzecure enough, it's brilliant for peace of mind.
