I had the Katzecure system installed in August. The quote was raised from me sending a plan of the garden and a video, which was very convenient. Jane at Katzecure was great -very friendly and helpful and the install date was brought forward straight away when they had a postponement during a busy summer. Same with the guys who fitted it - they were really helpful and always ready to answer questions and make suggestions. They worked hard and everything was up in just over a day. My garden was left clean and tidy.

The system itself is excellent. My two ragdoll kittens love it outside. There’s been a few high speed runs up the fence posts in an attempt to breach the system, but each time they’ve found themselves safely back on the ground and have given up! The system also looks really good - it’s made of high quality, weather treated wood which you can paint/stain or leave as you wish. I’ve found it’s blending in nicely with the existing fencing now. One added and unexpected benefit is that it has improved the overall security and privacy of the garden. Another is that other cats stay out - a few stop by to peer through the rollers but they don’t get in.

In summary, highly recommended to anyone who wants security and peace of mind when their cats go out. Lets them enjoy the sun in their face and wind in their tails in safety! A big thank you to Jane and everyone else at Katzecure. I’ve no doubt I’ll be back for a move and reinstall in the next year or so!

All coordinated well from quote, to site visit, to work being done - including adjusting work needed when came to do the work re not simple shaped garden etc. Quality work and materials. Tidy workers, always left garden tidy each afternoon on leaving and at the end. Easy to talk too re ensuring met my needs and ensuring my cat would be safe. Now a good few weeks on and working well keeping my cat safe and happy. My cat elderly and not as agile as a younger cat though is fit and active, so probably done more than was necessary to keep her safe when in the garden and escape proof. Better that way than worry she could escape and hopefully she has good few years ahead but reassuring that as and when I adopt my next cat, little or no adjustment will be needed to keep a more agile younger cat safe too. A considered purchase but to me the best option on the market and all bespoke to my garden shape and wrapping round side garden too - looks great too. Thoroughly recommend if you want for whatever reason to escape proof your garden and keep your cat/s from escaping and freedom of your garden. My cat can come and go with my dogs in the garden and no worries re having back door, french doors or any back of house downstairs windows open. Total peace of mind and a happy cat and dogs and me too as not having to man back door etc. Easily contactable and always able to speak to same office lady or the director of company who fitted my system (with equally skilled colleague) by phone or email. Wasn't too long to wait for quote and work either.

Although quite surprised at the size of the quote, because I wanted the work done, I went ahead. After seeing the amount of time, care,and material needed to complete the work, I am now sure that it is good value for money. Everyone connected with the company was kind,helpful and informative, and I could not fault customer service in any way.

From initial contact with this company through to completion of works, they were helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

They made suggestions and provided solutions that we wouldn’t have thought about, and created a good looking safe space that my young and very determined cat has tested throughly and not managed to break though.

It is reassuring to have a warranty and assurance that should there be any issues help is there.

This isn’t the cheapest solution, but with the quality of the system, the installation and customer service its justified.

Systems looks great and works great, as a plus our garden feels more private as we are less overlooked with the higher trellis.

I have two crazy bengals who yearned to be outdoors however I didnt want them jumping into neighbours gardens or escaping outside. I shopped around for a few solutions and stumbled upon Katzecure.

From the initial contact to installation It has been a lovely professional experience, initially there was a bit of a wait to get a quote but like me I guess every cat parent always starts searching during the summer period and natrually it was very busy.

I cannot fault the system, not only is it asthetically pleasing to look at but its such a smart method that doesnt feel like your cat is trapped, one of my bengals managed to find an escape route, however Katzecure were back out to tweak it, I like how the company work with you till youve ironed out any issues rather than leaving you to your own devices.

Compared to other solutions this can feel expensive but if you think about the long term benefits/look and feel and most importantly my cats are so happy this 100% outweighs the price element.

Finally, a special thank you to Jane from customer service she was always on hand to answer my numerous questions, and to Forty & Shaun who were diligent, professional and hard working, they even cat proofed my pergola which was never part of the quote which was a lovely gesture, it does go to show the company really do go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

I would throughly recommend Katzecure to anyone looking for a asthetically pleasing solution to cat proofing your garden.

Katzecure did a wonderful job securing my garden and now my cats can enjoy the garden safely. The garden looks great and visitors have remarked on how nice it looks compared to before.Billy the owner of the firm came to assess what needed to be done. Matt and Dan carried out the work and were really lovely people to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend Katzecure to anyone who is concerned about keeping their cats safe but would like their garden rennovated tastefully.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication and very helpful when we had lots of questions. Quality product with a decent guarantee. It isn’t cheap but it looks so much nicer than other cat systems and complements our slatted fence nicely. Our cat hasn’t escaped yet - although she is still looking for an escape route a month on!

I had Katzecure installed in 2010, but planned on moving house Oct 2022. I spoke to the lovely Jane at Katzecure and she advised they can come out and uninstall the system until I moved house, then I could arrange to have it installed again. They uninstalled it in October but the house move wasn’t straight forward and we didn’t move until February. There was no problems at all with Katzecure and they came and reinstalled it shortly after we moved in. They supplied all new parts and adapted it to fit in our new garden perfectly. The Installation team were brilliant. Very professional, courteous and mindful of the rest of the garden.

Well worth the wait. We are super happy with the installation and after 3 years of being an indoor cat, Peanut is enjoying the garden and we no longer have to do the annoying door dance to keep him safe! Shaun and Forte were super easy to have around and they made sure we were happy with every step and came up with ideas to make the trickier areas cat proof. We were concerned about how are garden would look afterwards as effectively we have cut off 1/3 of the garden but we were pleasantly pleased. This installation isn't cheap but asthetically it is miles better than anything else we have seen. All we need now is the summer sunshine to return!

Having researched cat friendly secure systems, Katzecure is by far the best looking and secure. Billy and his team were super efficient and I am so pleased with it. It's like a hug around your garden and doesn't look like a prison! Neighbours have complimented it, I'm just so pleased with it.

I love my cat fence.
The team organised the fitting in line with our schedules and the quality of the fence is brilliant.
The cats have tried to escape once and failed. It is highly recommended to any and all cat lovers.

We had this done 3 weeks ago and it was the best decision ever.
We had:
- Excellent service, the communication was very good from Jane, we always had a answer no matter the question.
- Well mannered staff (Matt & Dave engineers & Jane in charge of communications).
Matt and Dave came over for an early start and did all our fencing in the space of 7.5hrs. They were very efficient, and turned up on time.
- The Cat is very happy and has not managed to escape, we were told in the unlikely event that he does find a way out they will come back free of charge and amend it for us.
- we would highly recommend for anyone that wants their cat to be safe and secure in the garden. We now let him out worry free! :)
- also the fencing poles look very neat in the garden and we just love it.
- if your thinking of getting fencing done give these guys a call or put your details in on their site and they will get back to you with a price/quote.

Katzecure have been fabulous from my initial contact through to the completed fitting. Jane answered my many emails quickly, politely and helpfully. The two men, Matt and Dan, who came to fit the system were brilliant. They were punctual, professional, hard working, polite and a pleasure to have around. They tidied up after themselves at the end of the first day and at the end of the completed installation.
They got round a couple of issues with ease that hadn’t been anticipated.
My two cats are young and energetic. One is totally crazy and, as predicted, has tried to escape up a big tree (he failed as the katzecure system prevented him getting any further up the tree), underneath the gate (gap at the bottom too narrow for him to fit) and has repeatedly eyed up the jump into the neighbour’s garden from my children’s climbing frame but has realised that the distance is too great to clear the fence and rollers.
My cats are so much happier for being allowed outside (previously indoor only cats but now nearly one year old and had been longing to go out) and they LOVE being able to chase around the garden and explore every nook and cranny. Yes, it’s not cheap but it looks great compared with the netting type system (looks like a prison yard) and it seems to be cat escape-proof which gives me huge peace of mind. I also worked out that if both my cats live until they are 13 years old (highly likely as they can’t get lost or run over) then I will have broken even on the cost of litter vs the cost of the katzecure system. So, whilst it’s expensive, in the long run it is more economical than purchasing cat litter for two indoor cats.

Amazing installation in Birmingham. Forgot to leave a Trustpilot review when the work was done last August. Approx. 10 months later it has stood the test of time - cats are loving the freedom and we are loving the peace of mind the system and installation gives us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks again.
