The slime I had bought was really good for the first day, but from then on it would get more tough and hard even if I sealed it completely. It has been 4 days since I got mine, and currently I can't even play with it, as it is harder than a rock

Quality and quantity is not even 1 % worth according to the price.. according to me they should close the company and start a better idea instead of these kids spoiling things.. very overrated 😔

me my cousin and my sister bought our slime at our art camp my cousin was vary exited but when we got home and we opened it my cousin’s was practically glue how could slime get that stick in like 2 months?? if I did not buy those slimes some one else would have and got GLUE I do not recommend

I bought strawberry milk. It was a bit sticky at first, but it smelled really good!

Dishonest company like the others have mentioned. Took over a month to arrive. When it did arrive, some charms were missing so I sent an email. They never responded back. Lack of customer service and such a scam company. Don’t support them.

My order took a while to be processed and one of the four slimes i ordered was missing upon delivery. The slimes i did receive, however, were great and unique. i contacted them about my missing item and they got to me almost right away and re-sent it free of charge. The packaging is super cute and the slimes smell great and met my standards. recommend!!

Took a while to get here ! But they made it worth the wait and it was here in time for my daughter’s birthday! She absolutely loves all the slimes ! Great company and very helpful and kind

I absolutely love this company. They can take a while to ship, but it's worth the wait. They have the most unique ideas, and I have loved every slime I have received from them, which is a lot. I have looked at other slime companies, and they have a cheap appearance, in my opinion. Honestly, this is the only slime company I will ever order from.

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this company like many others. You need to dig around as they do delete negative reviews. So below is my experience with them. ( keep in mind, I and some other reviewer share a similar experience. )

When you placed your order,
They will give you a date when you expect to receive your products, pretty normal right?!
But from here, it went down hell,
On that same day that your products should arrive, they sent you an email that looks automatically generated from the website saying they are in high demand, and your product will be delayed again. They never give you a person to contact and do not even provide a date when it will be ready. Since I ordered for a child's birthday party. I need to cancel the order because I placed my order 2 weeks ahead of the party. There is not going to work for me. The next thing they do is sent you an email with a different email address with a USPS shipping label. But when you click the tracking label, it is just a label created. The USPS site said it is waiting for them to drop your product. I replay instantly that I want to cancel the order again. because they won't make it on time (the birthday party is the next day.) All of a sudden, they sent you from another email address giving you a case number. And within two days, they drop the products. But the products are far off what you order. It is a cheap counterfeit. Ever since that, I have emailed them many more times I want to return the product. Now, they start showing you all the rules of "company policy" as
"customer only can cancel the order the same day you place the order."
Or
"we never received your cancel order email" &" Customer needs to pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee." I read the fine print they send to me. Even if you open the box to examine what you received from them will disqualify you from returning the items.

If you insist to return lime I did, they will try to intimidate the customer to accept their products.
What I hate the most, is they are the Scammer hide under cute websites and look to believe social media. The kids will easily be lured by them..

I left a semi-negative but very honest review for one of their slimes but they only accept perfect reviews. That is not a good business model. Do not buy from a dishonest company.

I bought 8 Slimes from this company and the packaging is on point! A few of the slimes I bought as gifts and I love the scents and charms! I bought the DIY Pasta slime for my husbanr and I to do as a date night. The chips and salsa,Summer corn soup, American Pie, Jelly Whale Shrimp Cocktail DIY avalance Matcha Kitty and got the mango sherbert as my free gift. The scent of the Summer corn soup is savory and not my favorite but the texture is great. This is my first time buying slime but it was quick shipping and everything arrived perfectly . Will be buying again for sure.

One of my favorite Slime companies! I have ordered four times from them. Processing and shipping does take 7 to 15 business days. However it seems standard for most slime companies. Great selections of different slimes. Packaging is on Point with Kawaii theme. I loved them so much, I joined their monthly subscription box.

Beware this company refused to post any reviews under 4 stars. The reviews for their Danish butter cookie slime commented on the "amazing" and "spot on" smell that smelled just like butter cookies. The slime I recieved had a good texture but the second you opened it there was an overpowering cheap liquor smell. I had to scour my hands with scented soap to remove the smell from my hands. I tried to post a review and even reached out to KSC. They won't post my review and time will tell if they respond back.

This company, Kawaii Slime Company is a scam! Charged almost $60 for shipping and delivery that took almost a month! When I placed my order, I was under the impression that the cost was such because it was expedited. Then I received an estimated delivery of 3 weeks to 1 month! I emailed them asking why it will take that long if the cost is so high. They said the slimes are made to order. Fine. But when it finally got here, I had to pay another $30+ for customs. I’m just in Canada! I am posting this review so I can warn other people. Don’t waste your money! If it wasn’t for my daughter’s birthday wish, I’d have not even consider. If they will charge that absurd amount of money for delivery, at least get it here fast and cover the customs fee. NEVER AGAIN!! Zero stars if I could! The actual cost of my purchase?! $70!!! Shipping fees?! $90!!!!

This is the BEST slime company out there. They have different food kinds of aesthetics and they make you feel comforted. I haven't even tried the pasta one yet where you literally make your own pasta! Overall,6 out of 5 stars, if that was possible.

As a first time customer, my order took 3 weeks to fulfill. The day before it was fulfilled I sent an email notifying the company I’d like to cancel my order due to a change in shipping address. The shipped my order the following day anyway and then alerted me that all sales are treated as custom orders and cannot be cancelled. Most generic custom orders can be cancelled as the product can be resold. Terrible for business, didn’t even offer to update my shipping address before just shipping so they didn’t have to cancel.

This company was easily one of my favorites and I wanted to be a lifelong customer! Unfortunately, they would rather lose a customer over failure to refund $27. I have been warning everyone of the nightmare I have been dealing with. It has left me in tears because I have not only lost my money, but also products. It’s just not worth the risk of purchasing from this company—I can guarantee if something goes wrong-you will be out your money.

Now, for context on shipping, I live in NJ, and they make the slimes in NV. The order costed, in all, about $52. It took about a month to actually ship my order, but that is due to the holiday backup they had. They even sent me an email saying that my ordered had been delayed a bit, which was nice of them.
I ordered 3 slimes and 2 slimes supplies. I ended up receiving all of the slimes in my order, plus one extra (I still don't know why I got it, but i'm not upset because it's my second favorite from my order), the standard softening and activator bottles, and one item had to be changed because the color I had ordered was not available once I had purchased it. The ordering experience was made easy by the website's design, and I appreciate that they kept contact with me while my order was being prepared.
My order arrived yesterday, and all the slimes were intact. Only the two free ones I received (one of which I had added to my order, the other was sent without my knowledge) were seemingly overactivated. I do not know if they were meant to be putty or slime, but I assumed they were simply a little overactivated and added some slime softener to both of them.
The two free ones (both were clear glue slimes, one was a dark red cherry one and the other was a light blue lemon lime one) were wonderful after adding a bit of slime softener, and came in cute heart containers. I believe both were 4 oz slimes. Both had wonderful scents and add-ins (the cherry one had small red glitters and small clay circle sprinkles, and the lemon-lime one had blue glitter and lemon & lime fimo slices). Wonderful free slimes.
The other three slimes I actually ordered (A pumpkin pie filling butter slime, celebration cake cloud creme slime, and mint chip ice cream pints cloud creme slime) are amazing! The scents are on-point, all of them were perfectly activated, and the only one of the cloud cremes with any fallout was the cake one (which wasn't even that bad). The add-ins and colors are beautiful, and stayed in the slimes.
The slime supplies I bought (Dark chocolate crumble clay pieces, and air dry clay) were in good condition, too. The only small complaint I would have had was the color of the clay had been changed from a dark purple to a lighter purple because by the time they shipped the slimes, they had not more of the dark purple clay color. But the price of the clay (A measly 99 cents due to a major sale they had) was refunded and a note was added to my transaction information to explain the change, which I am very thankful for.
This order was wonderful, and I will absolutely be buying from this slime shop again.

My order did not arrive. Ordered in June. Now it's November. Sent them email a month ago asking what's going on. Still no answer. Disappointed daughter.
