Excellent job on the day - kept well informed. Would have been 5* but job was delayed and minor snag on the day which was rectified promptly.

We had a new front door and back door fitted, and some new glazing in several windows. Really pleased with the quality of the goods. Not everything was available for the fitters in one go, but we were kept informed at all times, and the job was completed in a timescale we were happy with. Good contact from the company keeping us updated, and the fitters were tidy, professional and respectful of our home. Would use again.

This is the second time we have used Kayvex, this time for a simple UPVC back door. Once again I cannot fault them at all. George the Sales chap gave a very good price, the chap who came out to measure was great, precisely on time and very pleasant, the communication was excellent and the fitting was carried out exactly at the time and day they said it would be and the two fitters were really nice, friendly and efficient. The younger of the two fitters ( sorry I don’t know their names) took time to explain the locking mechanism and how to open and close the door which was helpful as it’s closing mechanism is so quiet and easy to use I was able to explain this to my family so that it lasts longer than an expensive previous door only purchased (elsewhere) 4 years ago, I am sure this one will be much better. Thanks again Kayvex, I would not hesitate to recommend them all in the Littlehampton branch.

Kayvex fitted two bays and new windows and door to our front lobby last week. It has been a friendly and efficient process from start to finish. The fitters Andy and Blake were brilliant and did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the end result and the house is definitely warmer.

Our new living roof was started and completed on time. Very friendly and capable fitters. No isssues, very happy. Looking forward to moving back in once decorated. Highly recommend this company

The meeting and greeting was polite and professional. Premises inspection and measurements happened as per agreed schedule. Installation started and completed on time. In brief, we are very satisfied with the service.

Good quality front door at a competitive price. Fitted well and with good after sales service. The door feels solid with a good feel on opening and closing. The door arrived within the expected timeframe and has been in place for over 4 months at the time of this review.

Purchased a front door and side panel from Kayvex/Britannia back in April 2023. The side panel was made incorrectly so another one was ordered. We had to wait 12 wks and when they came to fit it, realised it was still wrong, After a further 12 wks another panel was ready and it was made incorrectly again! We then noticed the front door was catching on the frame and sent photos to Kayvex but received no reply, In January 2024 after countless emails and phone calls chasing this matter I contacted CAB to get legal advice and sent another email to Kayvex quoting what CAB advised me. Eventually another panel was ready but when they came out to fit it, it was noticed the front door was faulty and the whole frame had be fitted incorrectly causing the door to hit it! We had to wait another month for a new front door to be fitted which was done and we are now pleased with it..However we have now been chased for the final 10% despite it now taking over a year to resolve! After several emails and phone calls we had only £100 deducted as a goodwill gesture! This whole matter had been appalling and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

Never ever going to use them again,very quick to collect money but very slow on finishing the job. Idea was to replace a windows before winter,instalment date was set to 25 september finished 22 December.kitchen window was wrong size for a start,then scratched glass panel was replaced with the other witch was scratched as well,sliding patio door don’t have a stop so everytime opening the doors I’m pinching my hand.No updates have to chase and beg for it.Appalling service.Avoid if you can.

We have received excellent service from Kayvex Windows Littlehampton Beautiful Front door fitted by very friendly team from office staff to the installers great job will recommend. Job done 17/1/23

Three months from start of install to completion. Seven broken windows on delivery took 7 weeks to replace. I had to chase to get rendering finished & the job was left with cement on windows & ground.
No customer service, no updates. Tried to withhold 5% compensation but bullied into paying with threat of court action.
