Good product, good fulfillment

Product has good aesthetic design and very functional. Very happy with purchase. Instructions clear for install. Fulfillment by KB was prompt and cabinet arrived earlier than expected. Was the only vendor who carried product so I was super happy with the whole process.

This company sold me a faucet for over $500 as new, but when it showed up it was clearly an open box item and had broken parts. when I contacted them, they had me jumping through all kinds of hoops just to then tell me to call the maker of the item and use the product warranty. EXCUSE ME? That is like Best Buy telling me to call Microsoft because the brand-new computer I bought yesterday is broken. NO! You need to take this back and give me a new one; YOU SOLD IT TO ME! When they told me it will take about 4 days just to get a return label after I jump through more hoops, I was prompted to write this review and warn potential customers. I encourage you to buy anywhere else! DON'T DO IT.

Quick delivery, item was as described, easy to install, looks great in my bathroom :) Love getting all that counter clutter hidden away and organized!

Clear and straight forward shopping experience. The article I was looking for was easy to find and identify. I've received an email with tracking information after a few days, the item a few days later in great condition.

Glass panel arrived timely and well packaged. We think it will be perfect for our new bathroom.

I initially placed an order for a mirror, but got notified it wouldn't ship until June. They let me cancel easily, got a full refund and I was able to place a new order for a new mirror which arrived and looks fantastic. Really happy with customer support and it's great to still be able to get people on the phone quickly/easily.

Easy to order online with fast shipping. Very happy with the sink. There was one small issue which customer service was able to assist with.

There were very helpful in making a decision to buy a different vanity since the original one I picked was 16 weeks out of production

I had previously ordered from a competitor and after receiving a toilet broken and then reordering received another one broken.Both orders took a couple weeks to receive. I found at KBA and received in perfect shape 2 days later. I ordered another one with the same experience.

I bought a Universal thermostat because my 20 year-old one had gone bad had. It was easy to order and when I called or email to see when my order will be shipping out. I was answered promptly and truthfully and the product worked. I was very happy!

Part installed and no issues! Love the hands on approach the staff took. If anything arises in the future I know where I’m going.

RUN DON'T STOP! This is a third-party company is operated from offices in Florida and Brooklyn, NY. I ordered a $125 shower hose and received a bolt. I have been battling with the company to get what i paid for or a refund of the money.

After 4 calls and multiple emails, they are still investigating.

Fortunately, I charged on an Amex platinum and they will handle everything. i also filed a complaint with the BBB.

AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A STORE.

Extremely poor customer service. They do not follow their own policies. Do not shop here.

this is second order that went wrong, both times was told my fault, ordered hardwired towel warmer and received plug in model follow up was terrible you would think no matter what they would send right part
