Le service client est insolent : ils envoient des produits défectueux, cassés et mal distribués, et ne font rien pour corriger la situation. Faites vos achats auprès d’une autre entreprise. De plus, ils remplacent discrètement les notes de parfum sans vous en informer.

Poor customer service poor packaging. No refunds if it arrives broken.

KDJ FRAGRANCES has horrible customer service. Poor packaging and no plan for broken shipments. Order at your own risk. 😞

I purchased 3 fragrances, two smell fabulous and last for ages. One smells lovely but has no staying power at all which is a real shame for the 50% oil selection. I will definitely order more for the price difference in comparison to the originals, but I hope to have better longevity from all the purchases in future.

I have been using Kdj Inspired for a while now. Their perfumes are so good, and they provide great customer service . I would definitely recommend them to friends!

Very impressed with quality of the oils, and I've tried a good few well known sites. Can forgive the sluggish shipping turn around time, but then again it is free.

High quality
Fast delivery
Good customer service
Wide range
Promo codes
… i mean, what more could you ask for??!🙌🏻

Great service, and I really enjoyed the first fragrance I received, Impadia dupe, but the second fragrance was not so great, Musk Therapy, dupe.
True, I had not tried the second fragrance before ordering it. So my bad, but I do not think I can return it.

KDJ is definitely another company i would recommend to those looking for affordable dupes. Great customer service so far without fuss. I've been repeat purchaser as a result.

A huge range of scents, including some vintage classics which other dupe manufacturers don't provide. I have dozens of scent samples and some 15 ml bottles from KDJ, and they are high quality, long-lasting products which last several hours on skin.

I have been buying from kdj for over 6 years, tried other inspired websites that are cheaper however nothing matches the quality and longevity of kdj fragrances, outstanding customer service, amazing fragrances

Great products, good price,,, very good clone house!

Superb price, fast delivery and the scents are amazing! Highly recommended!

This company is very good, prices are very reasonable and a great choice of perfumes. The strength of these are very good, especially if you go for the 50 percent. They arrive very quickly very pleased. Keep up the good work 👍

Really good smell

The seller is super responsive and solution-oriented.
The "Scarlet Poppy" honestly surprised me of how high quality it is with a long sillage.
in total- wil absolutely buy again.

Excellent customer service.
I bought two perfumes and wasn’t happy with one of them — the team was incredibly helpful and arranged an exchange without any issues.
They were very attentive via email and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I will always recommend this company and will definitely keep buying from them.
Thank you, KDJ.

Very , very good scents. I highly reccommend it!
