Amazing customer service, i emailed about an address change and they issued a refund the next day, as well as replying only a few hours after i emailed, very fast delivery and good switch films

Only ordered a few basic things but loved the experience! From the handwritten thank you, to the dissolvable packing peanuts (I didn't even know this was a thing!), I will definitely be coming back again if I need some supplies KeebCats stock. The info and socials poster inside is worth an order alone – it's hilariously brilliant! 😼

fast delivery even for a bank holiday weekend, packing is very eco friendly (packing nuts they used dissolves in water so you dont need to worry about it being in landfall for years), even had the nice added bonus of a personal thank you message on the invoice!. Will more then happily come back again!.

Never wrote a review before so this should show how amazing this website/company is! Their custom service is outstanding, they’re truly lovely people and have amazing products that you can’t sometimes get anywhere else within the UK! - they’re also extremely fair priced too, they truly do care about every individual customer and their needs, will come back if I need to.

The price for both goods and shipping was fair, the shipping was well-tracked and integrated well with the Shop app. The packaging was solid although a switch tray could be useful for both counting, storage, and extra protection. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Keebcats dispatched my product fast and sent my item in cardboard packaging to be more environmentally friendly which I prefer as it reduces the amount of plastic waste that I need to dispose of.

Good communication, had a great experience with the customer service team. After placing my order, I realised that I needed to make a change to the item I had selected. I was worried that it might be too late to make any adjustments, but I reached out to the customer service team and was pleasantly surprised by their quick and helpful response.
