Delivery of the ticket takes long

Delivery of the ticket takes quite long. I think sending a registered letter should not take 2 (?) weeks .

Orders are sent within one day after they are ordered Monday to Friday. A tracking link is emailed to the customer. Any delay with Royal Mail or the local postal agent is out of our control unfortunately, and the period after Christmas and New Year is particularly busy for them.
