Spacious basement flat. Huge kitchen Big rooms Taste and class in every corner up to the chandelier in the bathroom. Half an hour walk to either the west cliff pebble beach or the east cliff which is the main sandy beach of Ramsgate. extended the check out to 6 pm for 65 pounds

The house was very impractical and unsafe for young families. The house also needed redecorating and new floors in the lounge and bedrooms.

The apartment in Herne Bay was comfortable, spotless, well-equipped and newly furnished. It had a quirky bathroom, a bijou kitchen and a comfortable lounge. It was close to shops and the sea front, and had everything we needed for a happy stay. My wife and I are in our 80s, so the personal attention we received from Mr Keeley, Snr., was so welcome. He went out of his way to be helpful: he met us at the train station on arrival, drove us to the accommodation, carried our two heavy cases up the stairs (and down again at the end of our stay), etc. My W.I.S.T.A. (Would I Stay There Again) rating: 10/10

Great location just outside town, no excessive noise, even next to railway line, host was very helpful, would highly recommend for a short break

We had a happy five-day stay in Paddington Place in May. Communication with Adrian was very good. Excellent cleaning standards, place was spotless. Very well equipped flat, all kitchen utensils you could wish for. Lots of cleaning materials. Mattresses excellent including comfortable sofa bed, quilts, pillows all very good. Could sleep well as no noise from outside. Property is on second floor.
One star less for quite steep narrow stairs and no handrail at the top part. Going downwards you have to go sideways as steps very short. I'm sure all these old properties have the same problem but unless you are quite fit this could be a problem. Further handrail at the top would help.
Would stay again.

Wonderful experience definitely will get family to book to

We had a lovely few days at Railway Cottage. The cottage was tucked away a few minutes walk Whitstable centre so it was nice and quiet, and we managed to find parking spaces each day which can be tricky in Whitstable.

There is a train line just at the back of the property, which did not bother us in the slightest, in fact I enjoyed hearing the trains trundle by. There is a nice little outdoor seating area which we would used if the weather was better!

The cottage is beautifully decorated, has everything you need to cook a meal, so was a great base especially if you don't want to go out to eat each evening. The bed was huge and comfortable and the shower room was modern and clean.

Lovely house, great location for all Margate has on offer. Everything you need, warm and cosy. The accommodation is laid out on several floors with plenty of sleeping room and stylishly decorated. Holiday company host (Adrian) was prompt and helpful with queries. Much recommended.
