I do not trust a company that will not refund your money ! The first reading I had was so generic - I could have done it myself . The second one was interrupted 3x by dropped call . Even so nothing she said was accurate . I requested a refund as I did not have a proper reading. Their policy is Keen credits only. How many phycics do I have to try to find a genuine one ?

I tried Keen after seeing ads online. Thought it might be interesting to get a reading, mostly about career and relationships.
The session itself was… okay I guess. The reader was polite, but a lot of what they said felt very general. Like “you’re going through a transition period” — which could apply to literally anyone.
I spent around $60 for like 20 minutes, and honestly expected something more specific. Some parts felt accurate, but maybe that’s just how it’s worded.
Also pricing is a bit confusing, rates per minute add up very quickly if you’re not paying attention.
Overall not terrible, but I wouldn’t do it again. Feels more like entertainment than actual insight ..

The people who are on keen are trusted, and I like the bonus's keen gives it's customers.

I wish I could come with a better review of Keen and Ingenio but I can not. Keen used to be one of the most amazing places to share your skills but now that is not the case. In a grab for more money they are trying to nickel and dime us to death, they are forcing us to talk to clients we do not connect with and therefore can not give a quality readings. They have removed our ability to block customers, I feel (unproven) that they use some sort of autobot to click us and take our bid money. In order to be seen on keen is not based solely on how good you are but more how much you pay for placement. Keen removed a friend of mine from their platform for explaining the legal aspect of being a 1099 contractor and not an employee of Keen. Anyone with $50 bucks can get a keen account and be a paid psychic so there is no testing or interview process. Years ago before the new management and the greed they were a wonderful environment but that has changed and it is no longer so. Their app is horrible and glitches all the time, always site or pay delay issues. Keen us just not the great place it used to be and they are trying to control their advisors like employees instead of independent contractors running their business. I did reading with pyshic Jim stone. He went to work and ended up the session before I got to chance to tell him that I don't have much communication with Marcus. Communication with Marcus sucks. It is very rude to end session with client's when they aren't even finished. That's why I haven't done any readings with Jim stone in awhile. It's big turn off when he does that. I mean I payed for 10 minutes for reading and I didn't even get full 10 mins like I'm supposed to.

Got a bullshit reading twice. I reached out to two psychics on their platform. The first one I spent 1$ and on the second 25$. I wanted help with a haunting issue I've been struggling with. The first blamed me in a backhanded manner and sort of made me feel as the traumatic experience I had was my own fault entirely. I moved to another psychic who I spent the 25$ on, thinking maybe he could be better. Unfortunately I was mistaken as he didn't understand me and talked over me. He kept talking while using the wrong pronouns. I don't think he actually speaks english. I requested a refund which was given to me as a balance on my account. I then proceeded to delete the account to get the money back which didn't return to my paypal balance despite me receiving an email confirming a refund. My account is Amidseas

I have been a Keen.com advisor for many many years and I have to say this company has fallen from glory. Keen used to allow their advisors to run their “own” business when it originally came online. It was a wonderful place to share your gifts. Unfortunately since its inception it has gone through multiple ownership changes and in the end a greedy corporation took it over and it has gone downhill hill since. They are now taking between 60 and 70 percent of our per minute rate along with bidding money and express pay fees. They have taken our ability to block customers that are problematic and now they are micromanaging us. If you miss a call or chat you now get an almost threatening email but we are independent contractors. Keen even tried to charge customers a connection charge which thank goodness realized that was bad and destructive. They took advisors ability to communicate with each other away due to everyone having access to issues they did not want widely known. Keen/Ingenio through all the ownership changes and their acquisition of other big psychic websites have solidified that they are not about spiritual health anymore and more about the almighty bottom line. I know Keen will come here and try to save face but instead why don’t you let the advisors have their control back , stop micromanaging us, fix the bids and stop the carousel. Let us focus on the customers and not trying to jump through Keens imaginary hoops.
