Best in the business! We have dealt with Keenan’s many times purchasing multiple properties and they are always reliable with no problems and fantastic through to completion. Can’t wait to use them again

Professional and helpful throughout. Agent who showed us round was friendly and helpful. Keiran kept in touch and did what he could to keep the process moving forwards.

Sold my property with the Keenan’s Bury branch both Abbie and Alicia were fantastic! The service from start to finish was amazing I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

They did an electricity inspection about 3 months ago with a company that did not even have or give a name. The day before the company cancelled. Then told me they could only fit me in 2 weeks later
Now on 12/12 they have sent me another request for access at christmas! for another second electrical inspection.

My property was marketed for sale by Georgia at the Swinton branch. I cannot praise her professionalism enough. With 2 weeks an offer has been accepted, regular updates were provided throughout this time.The Swinton team have all been a pleasure to deal with so far. Thank you.

Big shout out for Molly McNamara in the sales progression department of Keenans Estate agents, she did an amazing job with keeping us informed of the movement of the sale of our property.
and also to Dave the individual who did all the viewings to the property apart from one. (who I believe has now left the company) And a very special shout out for the lady that does the photography for the sales schedule it was absolutely fantastic.

Generally overall Keenans did a great job of the sale of our property, we choose them over Mortimers only because of thier sales base that Keenans had at the time on the market.

There are occasions when trying to get through on the phone to the right person, can be a bit of a Nause but with perseverance you get there in the end.

The very last thing that I would mention is the main stream solicitors that Keenans use is Watsons and Ramsbottom.

I have used WR solicitors before when selling and buying property HOWEVER please be aware that this solicitors company have changed !!!! they are no longer a family run business,
THEY ARE TOTALLY AND UTTERLY TERRIBLE.
since moving the main office to Lytham St Annes, there is no way I will not endorse WR as they are probably responsible for the added and extra time that it takes to exchange your property.

Please be aware and look for a different conveying solicitor when doing your buying or selling.

Lorraine is pushy encouraging you to go ahead when everything isn’t in place yet, you feel pushed into it and not secure, doesn’t care about anyone aslong as she gets the money.

She was saying its taking too long for a sale to be completed in 3 months when that’s pretty standard, made the experience 10 times more stressful than it should have been and every conversation with her left me annoyed. Abbie was great to deal with, I’ve seen properties since and when I’ve seen they are with Keenan’s I’ve not even gone for viewings

I pulled out of the house after being pushed into it by the seller not letting me get quotes for work and Keenan’s not supporting me by asking them. They also put my house back on the market weeks after my offer was accepted, making me even more stressed just avoid at all costs

False promises for the sale of our property with similar properties selling within days of going on the market and we had no viewings. Use another estate agent or do it yourself is my advice.

Keeping me totally informed and up to date so far. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

I would avoid dealing with keenans for buying or selling. Our personal experience is they are liers/withhold information. I Won't go into detail but i feel they are very untrustworthy and when i wrote a complaint email, they could not get their story straight and
were very defensive without apologising or understanding our view. My niece and brother have both had problems with keenans and are not shocked when we told them what happened. Avoid .

Molly was dealing with the sale of our property she was very professional throughout the whole process. We had a few ups and downs though no fault of Keenans. Molly worked hard to ensure the sale, and I would recommend using Keenans.

As per previous review sent emails to Keenan’s Burnley and on many occasions did not get replies. Look elsewhere if you need an Estate Agent in the area.

I had a rental property with Keenans and had to evict the tenant. Patrick Jones was the person that helped me deal with this i could not of done this with out his help. He took over and sorted every thing out for me with out his help i would not of been able to deal with it. He went over and above in his duties i would recommend Keenans estate agents and letting to any one a big thank you to all the team.

We had a very poor and unprofessional experience with Keenan’s Estate Agents.

They didn’t reply to our emails and failed to call us back on multiple occasions.
I was actually told they prefer phone calls to emails, probably because the excuses and stories we were given simply didn’t add up or make sense and they wouldn’t want that in writing.

The entire time we felt completely in the dark about the process and we ended up walking away from the purchase as we lost all confidence in them.

I would describe their service as corporate / dishonest and disorganised.

If you are forced to deal with them, don’t expect any personalised service or any of the staff the have a vested interest in completing the sale.

Our experience of buying a property through Keenan’s was not good. We recommend that if you use this company, check and double check any information provided and anything you might think has been omitted. Not as trustworthy as they want you to think. We were led to believe that the property we were purchasing was unoccupied and consequently there was no chain. It was only when I complained that I found out that the property was occupied and there was a chain. I had made it clear from the outset that as we were moving from Scotland where the house market is much more efficient we needed a quick move. That did not happen. My calls were not returned by Ella on many occasions and instead I received sloppy texts. We ended up having to stay in temporary accommodation at great expense ta ourselves.

Although the sale has not been completed yet I just wanted to thank Molly in the Burnley branch for always keeping me updated. Molly always answers my emails promptly and helps solve any queries I have and is always eager to help.

The estate agents at keenans were incompetent luddites who slowed down our process of buying a house immensely and almsot caused the entire sale to fall through. They took forever to respond to e-mails (if they ever even did), ignored questions and left out key information, delayed passing time sensitive information from the sellers to us, and overally made the experience a nightmare

The viewing team is really good and at the start they make you feel like buying from them is a good idea
But once you have the bid accepted it comes a different ball game. Rat like pushy and people who don't work in the local branches take over.
I wouldn't deal with them buying or selling
When I sold my home they priced it higher than expected but couldn't sell it for months on end. Lowering the price and taking a large cut. They did not keep me up to date with the guy buying it even tho they had contacted to try and let me know about works and negotiations

Keenan’s have been brilliant.
Harry, Jack, Sam and all the team have been amazing from day one. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they just get the job done. Thank you all for being so lovely and professional.

Warning for both buyers and sellers - due to how sloppy and blatant liars these folks are, you are due to lose money along the way. We’ve placed an offer for a flat advertised as coming with a storage unit and parking, only to find out after the solicitors started their work that neither are actually included in the lease. We’ve informed them and there was no reply - no apologies, no attempts to renegociate, nothing. We actually had a red flag early on when two of the estate agents confirmed heating in the flat exists and is working, and only after we made it a condition to the offer to admit that they actually do not know if it works at all. Be careful, absolute time wasters
