Initial Review on 12/10/26:
Engaged KP LAW on Johnson & Johnson talc claim following their advertisement on group action.
Incredibly difficult to get info on progress or any response to correspondence.
I now worry that I may have engaged stereotypical ambulance chasers.

Update review 22/10/26:
Subsequently sent contact details following request by KP Law. As of today still no contact has been made or update given.

Update 28/10/26:
Still no contact from KP Law.

Data Breach Team are incredibly slow and not great at keeping you updated.

Months have passed and no updates about M&S or The Co-op.

JD Sports claim rumbled on for years the end result was claim closed yet on their website they are still canvassing for new JD Sports claimants.

I currently have a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman about this firm.

I cannot recommend KP Law highly enough.
I have been represented by KP Law in relation to the Harrods case for an extended period of time, and throughout what has been an incredibly sensitive and emotional experience, I have consistently felt treated with genuine care, compassion, dignity and respect.
Everyone I have dealt with at KP Law has been incredibly professional, responsive and supportive, but I would particularly like to thank Alicia Cotter and Lucy Traynor. They have both shown such empathy and understanding when dealing with very sensitive issues, and I have always felt that they genuinely wanted to help. They have been patient, thoughtful and incredibly responsive, always making time to answer my questions and reassure me when I have needed it. They have gone far beyond what I might reasonably have expected from a legal firm.
I would also like to thank Ian Powell, who has been hugely supportive from a media perspective. His calm, sensible and thoughtful guidance has been invaluable, particularly in helping me navigate what is appropriate to say publicly and what perhaps isn’t. He has been a reassuring and level-headed voice throughout, and I have really appreciated his kindness and support.
What has meant the most to me is that KP Law have never made me feel like simply another client or another case. They have recognised the human being behind the circumstances and have treated me with kindness, understanding and compassion throughout.
The matter is still ongoing, but I felt it was important to take the time to say thank you now. I think it is important to acknowledge when people do an exceptional job, and in my experience, KP Law genuinely have.
Thank you to Alicia, Lucy, Ian and everyone at KP Law for your continued hard work, care, professionalism and, above all, your humanity. I am incredibly grateful.
