I have an excellent experience with my stay with Express solicitor, very helpful polite and friendly any time I contact them even when I’m struggling to sign documents they go through with me with patience until I do it right, and i am very satisfied with there I recommend to people and my friends to go Express Solicitor

First contact and first impression is positive. I received a phone call and girl on the phone was nice, showing empathy. Received some paperwork very quickly. Its no win no fee claim and company takes quite a bit chunk (around 45%). I will be updating as the case progresses further.

DO NOT BOTHER: I got a generic rejection letter that stated I had spoken to someone on a date. The date was blank and I have never spoken to anyone. My case was PTSD related and I am disabled and this is the level of care they give. Try anyone but this Firm. I have been to a few and they are the least professional all in my opinion .

I felt listened too and reassured that they could help me. I was contacted rapidly to enquire more information and explained all the processes, the repeated information I was unsure of and took time to explain.

So far so good seems straight forwards nice people on the phone looking forward to future communication

So far, so good. When I phoned for the first time, I was expecting a bit of a rigmarole signing up, as I had three cases, 😳 but by the end of the afternoon, I had a solicitor. I was sending up all my documents ready for them, and they were chasing me up with phone calls and emails the very next day. They seem really well put together and are very quick, acting on my behalf. I haven't spoken to my solicitor yet; that’s coming on a pre-appointed date.
All my paperwork they needed was sent whilst I was still on the phone the first time, and before I got off the phone to sign, they set the terms of my contract's out very clear. Anthony, the first handler, the person who opened my three files was really nice, too

Within minutes of filling a simple online form I had call from 2 very polite and understanding people who helped me to get things moving and reassured me through a very stressful time. I cannot expect any better than that so I would give 6 stars out of 6 if the option was available
