I found the company great to deal.with. . Friendly curtious and professional, especially a gentleman by the name of stephen doonan. . He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions.

I was very happy with my experience with KennCo insurance yesterday. Though I wasn't able to get a quote online, I was able to get a quote over the phone. The number was listed on the quote page and I was able to get through to a human quickly. Aron was very helpful. He explained my options to me. He was clear, simple and friendly. I came away from our call feeling informed and confident on what to do next. I didn't feel under pressure to buy there and then. The customer service was informative, helpful and friendly.

I had an incident on 28/05 a branch from a tree fall on our car call on friday then they call back on tuesday because bank holiday collect my car to inspect 05/06 then got reply on 10/06 that my car is total loss category D i should collect my belongings give me two option to choose i did send them email now am here 12/06 still waiting they give us a car just for 5 days how long we should wait ask for engineer report they send it to me but can't open the pdf on any devise awful dealing with stress never again let's see how many more days i have to wait and how much they with charge me

I've been with KennCo Insurance since I returned to Ireland. They have been very responsive to my numerous questions.
Very prompt when I request a copy of my insurance documents, always get them within a few days.
I intend to stay with them as long as there costs are fair.

I have always had a very positive experience with this company.
My motor insuranc quote was much lower than any of the major companies.

That includes Brokers.
Upload the necessary documentation on the portal. Which makes everything simple and quick.
Would highly recommend Kenco .

I have been with Kenko Insurance for few years and have always found them professional and helpful. Claims are handled efficiently, renewals are fair and straightforward, customer service is always responsible polite and informative.

Spoke with a Guy Called Matthew and he could not do enough for me. Excellent customer service. Loads of patience while trying to deal with a change of car on the policy as my Husband doesnt speak good English Fair play Kennco if only everyone was as helpful as Matthew

Time wasters and discriminatory practices. Refuse to quote if you have an outstanding claim. Even if your are not at fault. Basically, if you are injured by someone else in an accident and your claim is over 75k, they refuse to quote.

Every year I fall for it! Come renewal time I go online to save time. I spend time filling out the Kennco forms only to be told that they won't quote me and to call the office instead. So for wasting my time every year, I go elsewhere and have finally learned my lesson.
