Never Again!!! Worst key Service Ever
The copy that was made was soft, did not work…got stuck and broke in the keyhole…I was locked out of my home with my 4 children for 3 hrs, and couldn’t get inside to log in for work. It was on a holiday weekend so I had to pay $175 to get back in my home. I called customer service several times and got NO resolution. I will never use this service again. (The date is approximate)

DIY Key copying Kiosk machine
I ordered a few copies of keys for the garage at my home. The copies I made came from their Kiosk machine from Menards, the hardware store in my area. It was real easy to use. The machine was a user friendly interface. All I had to do was select the type of keys I need; insert the original key that needs to be copied into the machine. It makes the copy; they send it to your home. Mine arrived quickly in the mail, about 3 days. The keys all worked. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product and the process. No complaints here.
