Had 5 keys made they won’t work the teeth portion is off on the cut

I called Keyme Locksmith. The operator said he would have a tech in my area call me. The tech was over an hour away and lied saying he was near me and would be here in 15-20 min. After 45 minutes I called back and they said they would have him call me. Fool never did call or show up!!!!

Locksmith told me over the phone that the service call would be $85. When he arrived, he did five minutes of work with a tool that anyone can buy online, and charged me another $165 for labor.

This was the worst experience I have had with locksmith in my entire life. Someone came for a duplicate keys for me… the keys started working fine for a day or two and stopped working after that. I called again to express my concern. The guy came and told me the keys needed battery… he changed for a new battery.. A couple of days after this time the keys stopped working completely… I called several times to get it fixed… No luck… they stopped answering my phone calls. I had called with a different number seconds after the phone ring and someone promised to give me a call in 2 hours . 2 hours later I called from the other number. No one is picking up the phone at this point… this is a scam… this is called stealing. Not being honest….

Had 10 copies shipped to me and they worked perfectly

The automated machine at my local grocery store did a poor job duplicating my apartment key. Hopefully, the machines at other locations do a better job.
On the plus side, requesting a refund was fast and easy

I decided to try using KeyMe to save $50 from the dealers price but was not worth it after FIRST receiving the wrong fob (which I did not realize until I had spent quite a bit of time trying to program). I was then sent to correct fob which programmed ok BUT the unlock button did not work. I asked KeyMe if they would let me hang onto that key until they sent a replacement so I could have a spare in the meantime and they said no. They HAD to have the faulty fob back before they would send me another fob. (Still no spare after two attempts) Alternatively to returning the malfunctioning key, I asked for a discount on the bad one, Keep it even though the unlock didn’t work, but they also refused, I spent several hours between programming and returning faulty keys and I DO NOT think it is worth it!!

No receipt. Not as ready as when a real person makes the key copy.

Overpriced. Rude. Changed the price 3 different times. DO NOT USE!!

Key was not cut accurately and is not usable.

Getting my keys copied was fast and easy. I loved the selection of printed and colored keys so much better than the normal plain keys.

$863.00 to replace a deadbolt after locking myself out of my condo. Highway robbery is too mild a description of what just happened. Criminal suits it better. I should have stayed at a luxury hotel, enjoyed an expensive dinner out, and called the local, honest locksmith just down the street to help me out tomorrow morning. It would have been a ton less expensive. Whoever is responsible for this deceptive and insanely over priced service should be put out of business!

The technician never showed up at the appropriate time. I called customer service which was no help. The rep stated that they could not find my order despite I paid and had an order number and a receipt. I asked to speak with someone else whom spoke better English but the rep hung up on me.

I locked my keys in my car. Called this place at 2pm it now 5:15pm still no service and when I tried to cancel so I could find another locksmith I was told that if I cancel they would keep $80 of the $160 I paid for the service!!!! This is completely unacceptable especially if you all messed and are not able to provide the service! DO NOT USE THEM

The system said l have to allow some days for system programming but the key came in without a programming, it's only fit for opening doors, so if there's any other thing you can do then let me hear from you because this doesn't demand the cost that l paid

Setup a key fob replacement online for 300 dollars, put in my credit card information. Now its been several days with no response. I am afraid to go somewhere else that could help me because I might have to pay twice.

The employee were very rude. They overinflated and tried to charge me $99 for service call instead of the $29.95 stated fee. I I reported it to the mananager who alsol made an error and tried to get appt for me in Minneapolis while I am in northern California. They are vey unhelpfull

Key did not work and I need a refund

I made three keys using the same key and none of them worked in the lock.

My key didn’t work and when I asked for a refund, I was denied.
