⭐ **1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience with KFC Shahrah-e-Faisal**

This was honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had with KFC.

My order took **around 1.5 hours to arrive**, which is already completely unacceptable. But the real problem started when the order finally arrived — **one of the items was missing**. The rider took the full payment and left without properly checking or resolving the issue.

I immediately tried contacting the rider, the **KFC Shahrah-e-Faisal branch, and even KFC head office**. For more than **2 additional hours**, I kept calling and explaining the same problem. I called **11 times**, and every single time I was given the same empty response: *“We are looking into it”* or *“We are solving the problem.”*

But absolutely **nothing was actually being done**.

This is not just about a missing food item. It is about **poor service, zero accountability, and completely disrespecting a customer's time and money**. If a customer has to spend hours calling a restaurant repeatedly just to receive an item they have already paid for, then there is a serious problem with the entire delivery and customer-service system.

What makes this even worse is that they kept giving me hope that the issue was being resolved, while **nothing actually happened for hours**. Eleven calls and more than two hours later, I was still waiting for a proper resolution.

**KFC Pakistan needs to seriously improve its delivery operations and customer support.** Taking someone's money and then leaving them to repeatedly chase the restaurant for a missing item is simply unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from a major brand like KFC.

I am a regular customer I order 5 krunch burger the KFC give me 2 krunch burger and
3simple burger . Kfc was very disappointed me Please investigate this spam

Worst experience ever.

I ordered takeaway from the Model Town branch in Gujranwala today. The staff’s behavior was very average, the quality of everything was terrible.
The burger bun was extremely hard, there was no lettuce in the burger, the chicken pieces was very small, and there was barely any sauce in it. The burger was completely dry and difficult to eat. The chicken pieces were also very small and dry, and even the breading was coming off.
Such third-class service from them.

Firstly they forgot to bring the whole order secondly they didn’t bring what i asked for

Worst customer service ever.

I visited the KFC Multan branch a week ago. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food was delicious. However, there was one thing I didn’t like—the loud music. Some people choose to dine in to have good conversations with their companions.
