Never received my ordered items. 1 star is too much for this disgraceful company.

Plates and bowls gorgeous but don’t last. All broken now, they just snap after a bit. Disappointed as had thought kidly was a good quality make.

Placed an order with Kidly and never received it.

Sent numerous emails, contact number didn’t ring andno refund.
They must be going through administration or just an AWFUL company!!!

I loved kidly, however had placed a large order, had to return a few items (in February) and have not been refunded quite a large amount, which I couldn’t afford to lose.

As others have said placed a large order and returned several items and no refund to then see online it had gone into administration!! Now it’s part of Moori?? What happens to all this money owed to loyal customers?? Absolutely disgusting.
The fact it’s not even been addressed that thousands of previous customers are owed money!

Disgraceful company. I have emailed and messaged on social media MANY TIMES about a faulty item I purchased from them and not one person has got back to me about it. AVOID!

Very nice product range. I’ve purchased a few things from Kidly and so far I’m happy with the experience. The returns are a bit slow but works fine.

Faulty item and no way to contact them. Their email address rejects all messages, their Instagram messages are ignored. £100 birthday present for my son, down the drain.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Having been a loyal customer for some years, I ordered in good faith during a sale. I returned some items but they have not registered my return. As with other reviews, chat bot off, email bounce back and socials all unmanned! Will be taking this up with my credit card provider.

Do not buy from Kidly! I returned a bunch of items over a month ago and still no refund. I have tried to contact them on all the emails shown on their website, however, NONE of them work! You just get a bounce back to say the email address can not be found! There is no way to contact them aside from email or social media, however, they reply to nothing!

STAY AWAY! This company has disabled their emails, customer service chat and all their FAQ's on their website and everything is 70% off- ALARM BELLS. There is no way to contact them about faulty items or even to get a refund or exchange so if you purchase from them beware. We have a faulty item with no way to get our money back.

I returned an order at the beginning of the month. I've tried to contact Kidly today as I've still not received my refund, only to find that emails bounce back and live chat has been disabled. Dreadful customer service.

I returned 3 pieces from an order, no refund given and email is bouncing back no way to contact them. Company must have gone bust but they should stop trading not scamming people. DONT BUY ANYTHING

Terrible customer support. No way to contact anyone apart from writing a letter. Email is down chat support is down and they have been for weeks. Don’t use Kiy unless you’re confident you won’t need support. My parcel hasn’t arrived after one month and they use Evri so good luck

Purchased LALARMA KAREOKE machine for Xmas and unfortunately volume to reduce noise has stopped working. Emails bounce back and no live chat available. No response via instagram and they have not been active on there since Feb. Googled the company and appears in administration.

This company has gone into administration, hence why there is no customer services and the website/email etc is not working. Searching for a new buyer I believe !

I am having the same issue as everyone else in these days - spent 120£, return the products through Evri, they advised parcel was delivered.
As I paid by Klarna, I processed the refund manually, however they rejected my request. I have tried to contact Kidly by two different emails, which are both bouncing back. I wrote them on Instagram and Facebook - no response. And the chat button on their website doesn't work!! I won't let it go, and I want my money back!

I had an item collected by royal mail and still waiting for my refund, if i do not get a reply ASAP i will contact higher authorities as you have stole from me!!!!!

Unable to contact to chase a refund.
Return by order mid Feb still no refund.
Is this company fake?
