Ever since having my son last year, I’ve been using Digestive Gold and it’s been amazing. After my c-section I struggled to go to the toilet >.< but when I take this I feel like everything passes better.

I started using Kima about a month ago and honestly really impressed! The 4tsp serving was a bit much for me at first so I halved it aand it's been fantastic. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water alongside it. Once I upped my water intake I noticed a difference within just a few days. A lot less bloating and bowel movements are a lot smoother and regular! Will defnitely be recommending it to my family and friends! :)

I have definitely benefited from taking this product it has really helped with my IBS symptoms previously l had to take tablets before every meal it is gentle and effective keeping my digestion balanced l definitely recommend and shall be reordering.

I’ve been taking Kima for just two weeks, and I can already see a noticeable difference. Ive been adding to my morning coffee everyday and it hasnt changed the taste or texture of my drink whatsoever. I used to struggle with a lot of bloating, but that has completely disappeared, my stomach has never looked flatter, which im so happy about. I have been taking Digestive Gold consistently for the last 2 weeks and I have noticed that I am able to consume dairy products especially milk without any discomfort which I have been feeling prior to using it. I believe this is due to an improved gut health. I have also been feeling less bloated since taking it, one thing I noticed I struggled with after giving birth.
