Kingston Preservation provided my flat's Guarantees and Reports the same day at no cost. Unlike other companies that charged hundreds, they are a trustworthy family business. Highly recommended!

We needed damp repairs in our flat and received a clear, fair quote from Kingston. They did a great job as agreed, and we would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

The home report picked up on Dry Rot and Dampness in our Dunbar Property my cousin recommended Kingston so we get them to survey the garage they diagnosed the Damp as rising damp and confirmed there was no Dry Rot which was in fact staining from a historic escape of water. Stuart spoke to the valuation surveyor and cleared that up they treated the dampness and sent all the paperwork to the valuation surveyor who reduced the category 3 on the Home report to a 1 after receiving the relevant paperwork from Kingston nice work done by all would recommend and use again if required.

Our Architect designed a specification to waterproof the basement and under street section of our shop in Dundas Street that was to be turned into a separate living space. We Got Kingston Preservation to undertake the Project. They knew exactly what to do and undertook the project to perfection and on time and within our budget.

We initially contacted Kingston to quote to renovate our 3 under Street Cellars which they did a great job. We then asked them to quote to install a new kitchen and shower room in the main House they did a first class job and covered all trades including electrics plumbing journey and decoration. We recommend them to our neighbors and they converted 2 cellars for them as well the provided a 1st class service at a good price would definitely get them again to do work for us.

Twice now we have employed the services of Kingston Preservation and twice they have done a great job waterproofing and damp proofing the basement and waterproofing our under pavement storage room all the tradesman were very polite and worked had to complete the job in time and within our budget we will be using Kingston again for future projects.

We needed to get rising damp fixed in our basement flat in Broughton Street Kingstone provided a clear understandable report with a marked up drawing highlighting all the areas needing treated. They did the job working in conjunction with our appointed builder the job was done quickly efficiently and we were delighted with the finished job.

The home report flagged up woodworm in our loft space when we put our property up for sale marketing the report with a category 3. We contacted Kingston who provided us with a report and price to treat the timbers they did the job and provided all the papers which enable the surveyor the home report from a 3 to a 1 which was a great relief an excellent service was provided.

Very refreshing to encounter a true Family Business Father and 2 sons anyway they were amazing to deal with they transformed our 6 cellars and did an amazing job we have moved house now and just booked them to do our double cellar we would not go elsewhere lovely people to deal with.

We took a commercial Office in Central Edinburgh for our Law Firm the office had severe Damp Issues we were Recommended Kingston Preservation and they performed to a very professional standard these guys perform at a really good price half the price of the other quotes we got will use this company again when required.
