Excellent service from start to finish. The team were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful throughout the move. Moving from a 1 bed flat to a 3 bed house. They handled everything with care and made what could have been a stressful day run smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, and they worked hard while remaining friendly and professional.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable removal company.

I got 5 quotes for moving house and this one was the only one that turned up and viewed what had to be moved. Steven made some great suggestions and offered some excellent advice to ensure everything arrived at the new house in perfect condition.

The team turned up on time, were exceptional, very friendly, professional and positive. They didn’t complain about anything and ended making this part of a stressful process, pretty much stress free. They communicated to me throughout and nothing was too much for them.

They even went round with me when everything was unloaded, to confirm I was happy and to move the furniture around if I wanted anything in a different place.

We are about 70% unpacked and nothing is damaged.

I would highly recommend.

I was given a number 07597098033 by the previous owner & naturally had reservations but Steven Masters & 'assistant?' Tobias couldn't have been friendlier & more helpful.
My move went as quickly & as efficiently as it could have done & not one single item suffered damage!

Kingston Removals helped us out by coming to the rescue at very short notice and fitting us into their busy schedule after another removal company in Kingston had let us down at the last minute.
Steven arranged our move for us and was helpful, warm, professional and empathetic to our situation. He gave us a very good, highly competitive price and tailored the details to our exact requirements. Throughout, the communication was clear, reliable, timely and gave reassurance that we were in safe hands.
The lads doing the move were equally impressive. They let us know their ETA in advance and got stuck in as soon as they arrived. They were courteous and extremely genial, working quickly but still with great care, exhibiting experience and methodology.
They really went that 'extra mile' and all done with a cheerful disposition which really helped take the stress out of it.
By far, the best removal experience we have had from start to finish, and we've done a fair few to date!
I would most certainly recommend Kingston Removals and will definitely be going back to them for our next move.

Great service all the way through. Steven visited us and gave a clear quotation and explained the service. We had a few conversations as our exchange date moved and Steven kept us up to date with availability. We took the packing service and they were speedy and careful with our possessions - the move itself was handled well and the team communicated on any questions or issues. Would definitely recommend.

Really great service from start to finish. Charles made the initial visit and was extremely helpful. He gave us a very reasonable quote. On the day the guys who carried out the removal were very polite, friendly and helpful. They were very careful with all our belongings. Haven't got a bad word to say about them and would definitely use Kingston Removals again if I was moving.
