I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this agency. I paid AED 22,000 for a travel package that was full of promises at the time of sale — hotel bookings, family accommodations, and flexible travel options. But once I made the payment, everything changed.

Every time I requested them to arrange our hotel bookings, they refused with excuses like “blackout dates,” “peak season,” or “no availability.” They always forced me to choose alternative dates, which never suited our schedule. Out of the AED 22,000, I could only recover AED 10,000 worth of services.

This whole package turned out to be a scam and a waste of money. Their customer service is extremely poor, and they fail to deliver what they promise.

I requested for reservation many times but it was not honored because of several reasons such as season, short notice period, late replies from kingsway travel, communication gaps, and non-avialabity of properties etc. So it was not customer mistake.

In addition, when I signed up for the package, it was in covid period and I was told that my package will be extended for certain years due to pandemic season. I've official email In this regard.

I've paid 16000 Dirhams and used only 7 nights. So I've not utilised 12000 Dirhams value of my package which is 21 nights. Now reservation team saying that my package is expired and they can't make any reservation. I hope my review is read by owner of this company and extend help

Last but not least, I was never informed that my package will be expired in January 2025 although in my last communication in October 2024. Otherwise I'd have utilised my remaining days

I look forward for your support to consider above and extend my package for atleast 1 year so that I'll utilised my remaining 21 nights and will not bother you in future

I trusted kingsway travel and still want to continue our customer relationship. We all believe that customer satisfaction and relationship are core to the success of business as one customer can bring 100 customer and vice versa

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kingsway Tourism and Travel. They are very persuasive when it comes to selling their packages, but once they get your money, they do not deliver on their promises. I paid 11,000 AED, expecting them to book my ticket as agreed, but they completely failed to fulfill their obligation.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I was met with nothing but excuses. It became clear that they were only interested in taking my money rather than providing the services they promised. This company is dishonest and unreliable, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Do not fall for their convincing sales talk—you will regret it!

Pathetic service this company provides, when they sell us the packages they do sweet talks and when it is time to deliver the service they don’t provide anything that they promised. People with whom we are actually speaking at the time of our trips they are really rude and they are not concerned about customer service, very very very poor after sales service they provide. I would strongly recommend you all to not fall for their sweet talks and never buy any tour packages from them.

I had a very unfortunate and frustrating experience with Kingsway Tourism. They approach unsuspecting people in supermarkets, offering raffle tickets and collecting personal details under the pretense of a prize draw. Shortly after, they call to tell you that you’ve "won," but there's a catch—you can only claim your supposed prize if you purchase one of their travel packages. Unfortunately, this is where the scam begins.

I purchased a family travel package for 11,500 dirhams, believing that it was a legitimate offer. However, when it came time to redeem the flight ticket/voucher that was promised, they refused to honor it. Despite numerous follow-ups and promises to escalate my request, I have yet to receive any action or a proper response.

My hard-earned money has been wasted, and this entire experience has caused a great deal of stress and disappointment. I strongly urge others to stay away from Kingsway Tourism to avoid falling into this scam. They take advantage of people's trust and offer nothing in return.

Absolutely outraged by the blatant scam that is Kingsway Tourism. I paid 1600 AED for a membership plan that was supposed to give me a 25% discount on flight tickets for my family. Instead, I was quoted prices higher than booking directly through the airline website.

This is a complete rip-off and a clear violation of the membership agreement.

When I reached out to customer service, they had the nerve to say the discount was "up to 20%" and not the flat 25% I was promised. This is a blatant lie and completely inconsistent with the promotional materials I received. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to honor the promised discount.

This company is nothing but a fraudulent operation designed to mislead and overcharge customers. If you're considering their membership plan, don't waste your money. They will not honor their promises, and you will end up paying more than the actual ticket prices. I will never use their services again and will be booking directly through the airline from now on.

Stay away from this dishonest and deceitful service!

This is the cheating company which I have ever seen in my life. I lost 8700 dirham by taking their holiday package and they didn't give the service saying that my package validity got expired. When I had taken this package I have been informed by their agents that I can carry forward my package to next year. And when I asked for package, they are saying, my package validity got over..and I lost my money. So I have a suggestion that don't take any holiday package from this company.

We bought there package in 2021 as the condition of 2+2 years because we want to migrate another country. Now they told that we sell these package on 2 years validity. We didn’t get any service in these years. And it’s waste of AED 9345. Whenever we mail for reservation, they don’t have any occupancy in any hotels. Kindly request to people beware of these fraud company.

Please never entertain this people from any mall or even in a park they are giving free raffle draw to scam you..They will call you and tell you won in their raffle draw they will ask you to come and collect the price. After you reach in the venue they will just offer you a holiday package..if they feel you don't want the package they will offer you a different package which will attract you to take it. But after paying them the next day you can't even contact them. They are like a bubbles who pop out after taking your money and their customer service was terrible and big liar.You can't talk to any manager they are hiding. They will not entertain your complaint or even for booking your package they will not process they will tell you to book 3 months before, but when you booking 3 months before they will ask you 1 month before but when you booking 1 month before they will tell you 2 months before till you missed your vacation..thats what happened to us and not only that they also change our package destination which is we don't want to take since from beginning.. How evil they are.. may Allah punish them and take from them more than what they have taken from the people they have cheated..if there is zero star or angry star I will rate it for Kingsway

We were told by the executives regarding the amenities and facilities that will be provided by them before buying the package for Umrah. turns out it was a lie. When we called them regarding the problems we were facing, the excetutives then started talking rudely with us. Before buying the package they treat u as if u are their family, but once they get their money. The reality then comes in to the picture.

They said that we will be getting 4-5 star hotel including breakfast and dinner.
In reality we got a different hotel that too far from the haram (the amount we paid was not justified with respect to the hotel which we got).
WOULD ADVICE EVERYONE NOT TO BUY THEIR PACKAGE,

They are number 1 SCAMERS in Dubai.

Kingsway travel and tourism is very cheater company ,they collapse my 10K DHS recently, who is working on that travel they even don’t know how to deal with customers , and each second they are lying after get money ,especially there is one lady staying in office business bay citadel tower she is the must lying for every things and she is very rude , release her name very soon , please anyone avoid even to trust them anymore save your money it’s not easy to earn ,I would like to raised complaint together agains this company this Kingsway tourism is scammer !!
