I had a horrible experience with Kitchen World, my dream kitchen turned into a kitchen nightmare the minute the fitter arrived. Late, incompetent and a complete disaster. Plans were incorrectly read of not read at all and it. The process unnecessarily stressful and I was left out of pocket. despite numerous emails to request management to call, I was assured they would by the Bray office, nobody did. Pay up front at your own cost! Company’s are only as good as their fitters and unfortunately they are hit and miss. Avoid

From the first time i walked into kitchen world in Finglas i got a very good feeling. I met Shannen and from day one she was so friendly, efficient, and professional. There was nothing too much trouble and i was very happy with the price. The fitter Jimmy was also so nice and he went above and beyond to make every thing with the kitchen perfect. I would highly recommend this company i am a very happy customer Thanks again Shannen and Jimmy

We recently got our new kitchen from Kitchen World, absolutely thrilled from start to finish was incredible. Michelle designed the perfect space ,she was so lovely and really did a fantastic design.Alan fitted the kitchen a gentleman and amazing quality of work. The fact they have their own fitters was important to us and Alan was a pleasure to have working in our home.would highly recommend Kitchen world.

hi there went with kitchen world for a new kitchen was very impressed with all aspects of the process Lianne had great suggestions and her ideas made the end result exceptional /regarding the kitchen fitter Alan he was Brillant and his standard of finish was very professional and lastly all the appliances that i received were of a very high standard and surpassed my expectations

5 star. The kitchen design consultant put so much time and effort into my kitchen and the fitter was so professional and did an amazing job. I highly recommend.

We Had our Kitchen installed very recently and it has been a nightmare ,The quality of the installatin process was a disgrace ,We have already had to make two complaints and still not getting anywhere

I cannot praise Patricia in the Cork office enough- her experience, professionalism, patience, can-do attitude , support and prompt responses inspired great confidence & helped me have such a good experience of installing my new kitchen.

The kitchen fitting team were also great - their attention to detail & my needs, reliability and friendliness were so helpful.

The stone work from Templating to Fitting was so good, and worth the wait ( even though it was longer than originally estimated).

I would highly recommend Kitchen World Cork office, and in particular Patrica and thank them all for my FAB new kitchen.

I would highly recommend Shirley in the Cork branch. It was such a good experience and I love the result. She was very patient and provided lots of options.

I dealt with Shirley in Cork. She worked out ways to make our kitchen space work so well, it was incredible. She answered every query so quickly on email also. The product itself is high quality. The fitter did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and in fact have sent a few people in and told them to ask for Shirley!

I have the most beautiful kitchen in my very first home, and I couldn’t be happier!

A huge thank you to Trish, Conor, Damien, Paul and Kevin, from KitchenWorld Cork, for supporting me from the very beginning right through to the end. They were with me at every stage of the process.

The designers, Trish and Conor, truly have an exceptional eye for beauty and detail. They were incredibly patient with my English speaking and always understood my requirements clearly. They gave me so many valuable suggestions and always said, “If this were my house, I would…” — I could really feel their professionalism and genuine care.

Trish visited my home to take measurements, and everything was absolutely perfect. She also guided the worktop team, and the stone finish turned out amazing.

The fitters, Damien (with his little fella), Paul and Kevin, worked with outstanding efficiency and skill. Even the stone fitters complimented their work. I truly appreciate their effort.

Choosing KitchenWorld was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I honestly and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen！

She was excellent, came up with brilliant ideas, listened to our needs and the result was beyond our expectation.

She was very patient and understanding. Just fabulous to work with! Thank you Shirley for an amazing job.

John at Kitchen World in Waterford could not have been more helpful. He was attentive to our needs, and accepting of the challenge of our our small kitchen space.
He provided exceptional personal attention. There were delivery issues with suppliers, but he was always on hand to solve them as soon as he could.
Customer service above and beyond.

The kitchen is the center of the home, big or small it is the room that family, friends gather, even it is only for a “cuppa” or a five course meal.
So where does one start?
There are so many choices out there but I do not hesitate to recommend Kitchen World Waterford and in particularly JOHN GRACE.
From my first to my last visit to the showrooms John was there with his listening ear and sensibility, practical advice, polite, giving all his time, never rushed. Did not try to oversell, kept within my budget.
Even after a few changes on my part and believe me there were a few, again John listened and worked with me to put the changes in place.
Note that I have used the word “listen” on more than one occasion and that is a true gift that John has.
A very sincere ThankYou John from a very happy customer.

May I also say a big thank you to the fitter Richard Keegan and his son.
My kitchen is not a big area so when they arrived for the installation there was a very restricted area to work in with all the materials stacked high but they just took a deep breath and got going.
It was a very long day for them but they finished at 7.30pm and left a very happy customer.

If I may I would like to give the manufacturers something to think about.
The labels that are attached to the panels do leave a not so nice sticky surface so perhaps a new label to be considered.

Cannot recommend highly enough!

Michelle and the team in the Long Mile Road showroom walked us through each step in the process, providing support, advice, trouble-shooting and generally taking the sting out of a kitchen renovation. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly, as were all the contractors they recommended.

We are DELIGHTED with the finished product, and would highly recommend the team to anyone who is thinking of updating their kitchen.

Great experience from the first contact until the kitchen was installed.

Patricia, in the Cork office was a delight to work with and Martin, the fitter. and his colleague were absolutely brilliant with the installation:

I was looking for a kitchen company that would give me a good & workable design for my new kitchen. For me the kitchen is the most important room in the home! From the day I walked into the Waterford store and met John Grace I felt I could put my trust in him to
design my new kitchen. He is excellent at his job and great with the customers, extremely polite and patient. I was not exactly sure what I wanted but John spent a lot of time talking through options and designing a space that I would like. I had many emails and phone calls from him checking that I was happy with everything before the final sign off for my kitchen. Nothing was any trouble to him. The delivery of my kitchen went smoothly and the gentleman who delivered my kitchen was polite and lovely to deal with. Unfortunately, the first fitter did not do a good job and I was extremely disappointed when he had finished. There were a lot of issues with doors, cooker hood being pushed into place, glass unit scratched. It was a complete rush job which should have taken approximately 2 days. He arrived at 11.45am and left at 6.30pm on the same day and said my kitchen was done. He said he had told the company he would not be driving from Wexford on a second day. Very unprofessional!
As soon as I emailed John Grace he listened to me and assured me that my kitchen would be sorted and it finally is. I did not like the fact that the company takes all the money up front 10 days before fitting takes place. In fairness my issues got resolved quickly due to John being very good to keep on top of things. If he had not been so helpful & efficient it may have taken a lot longer to get my kitchen sorted. I also felt the waiting time for replacement doors, glass etc., was very long and has now delayed my moving in date. I also feel the mechanisms for units and door
hinges and kickboard attachments are very poor quality.
I finally got a fantastic fitter to come back and fix all the issues. From the first moment he walked into my home I knew I could put my faith in him and his workmanship. Such a great asset to Kitchen World. His name is Tomas. He assured me it would get sorted and he was true to his word. Such a nice man to deal with! I would give a 5 out of 5 for the great staff who helped me to get a kitchen I now love and look forward to cooking & socialising with family & friends in. I also want to thank Gary in Waterford Kitchen World for the times he dealt with me on the phone. Another great staff member! Thanks guys for everything...

We’ve just had our brand-new kitchen fitted and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the result! From day one of the design process, John at Kitchenworld, Waterford made everything so easy for us. He was such a pleasure to work with – always patient, reassuring, and so accommodating with any questions or changes we had along the way.

John really took the time to listen to what we wanted, understood our vision, and guided us through every single step until we had the kitchen of our dreams. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his advice and expertise gave us so much confidence throughout the process.

I have just had my kitchen installed from kitchen world this week and couldn't be happier. When I went to meet John in their showroom I wanted to move quickly with getting the kitchen sorted and we flew through coming up with a great design and John was great at coming up with suggestions that fitted the brief of what I was looking for. During install they adjusted to an unexpected issue along the way (an issue with the plumbing not with kitchen world) and managed to accommodate the unexpected change. After install I noticed one cupboard above head height bumped into the light fixture while opening which we didn't spot during design and John has offered to order and install a new door opening the other direction at noe xtra charge which was a really nice touch to still have their support after the install was completed.
