Kmart packed dirty item in my click-and-collect order
I ordered 4 x 2-packs bras on click-and-collect, and apart from taking 22 hours to have my order ready even though all the items were in stock, Kmart packed a dirty bra in my order. And cancelled one other 2-pack bra. I can live with this delay and one cancellation, but how on Earth you go and pack this dirty bra in my order?! Looks like it’s been dragged on the floor! How do you deliver that to your valued customer?!

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Did an online order, it said payment failed so i tried again. The same thing happened so check my bank and the money has been taken out by kmart but order hasn't gone through. And all they can bloody say is sorry for the inconvenience, you will get your money back in 5 business days. So I don't have an order and don't have my money and they could care less

Toby was knowledgable about the products. He was patiently helping two other customers at the same time, who were equally impressed with Toby's excellent customer service and helpful manner. Order stuff online it says available then they can't deliver but items still on website as available. Do not trust the website they don't update it so don't know what stock they have.
Do NOT click and collect!
Ordered 2 of the same item and received confirmation email, money taken from my account.
2 days later received an email titled 'refund confirmation' for one of the two items, with no explanation or contact.
10 days later am still to receive the money in my account (was quoted up to 5 days to process) or any contact from the store whatsoever regarding the other item.
Status tracking shows it has been 'being prepared' for 10 days. Estimated ready date was 8 days ago.
Customer service is a bot who doesn't answer the question, only suggests I 'track my order'.
Have tried to cancel order only to be told it may take 2 days to track the order and process the cancellation.
Appalling service.
Janet strikes again
Had a horrible encounter with Janet at Indooroopilly store, I was looking for my product and noticed the draw left open, seeing my product in it I proceeded to look through it and at that point Janet approaches and aggressively tells my friend and I to leave for “opening her draw” which was clearly already left open with products on the floor by her. Fix the attitude or we will for you. P.s just wanted some nail glue.
Cannot cancel order after half the items are out of stock.
Kmart online system shows items as in stock when they are not. Partially cancels orders then will not let customers cancel the entire order. I now have to return the items or "refuse delivery". Absolute clown show.

Selling items they do not have
Taking money and selling items online they don't have. Then stalling for the refund, only paying back the freight component but not the money for the actual item.
So poor, why do our consumer protection agencies never do anything against these crooks?

Kmart are an affordable store that sells almost everything. The have products for women, men, children and toddlers.
The quality and range of styles of their clothing is absolutely great. In particular, I love their beautiful warm Thermo long-sleeved tops that are a must for any winter day or night.
When ever I enter a Kmart store, I always find and purchase a product that l know l will be happy with. For any special occassion or festive day, be sure that at Kmart, you will find the ideal gift for your loved one of best friend.
It seems there has been a consensus
It seems there has been a consensus for a while now, yet Kmart has shown no consideration. There are so many issues with online orders, you receive a confirmation, only to have the order cancelled even after being notified that it’s ready for pickup. If anything, they’ve only edited the notification to 'not' include a reply option. They appear content to continue operating this way??

Refund taking long time to process
You would think that processing a refund of an item they don’t have in stock would be business as usual. I ordered the $180 item in January, did not get shipping confirmation movement. Followed up after a month in February. I’ve been told 4 times now they will process my refund and just give it a few more days but now it’s near the end of march and still no refund. I will definitely not be buying online from Kmart again.

I bought 2x Hudson table lamps at Kmart…
I bought 2x Hudson table lamps at Kmart and on the box it said to buy e27 Edison screw globes. I bought them and they did not fit. I checked the website and it says that it is e14 small Edison screw globes. So the information on the box is wrong (have a photo of the box) and I wasted money on the wrong globes. Only writing a review because it has been extremely difficult trying to contact Kmart just to let them know so it doesn’t happen to anyone else and all I’m getting is a silly AI response!!!!!

That lady at the checkout at Kmart St Marys around 2:30 pm today who did not want to help at all.Did not want to answer and just left while I was asking for something. Shes very rude. This is the third time I have encountered young ladies in thesame store working with attitude problem and did not want to work. They should not hire young ones whos got attitude problem to be honest. Its sad cause I love shopping in Kmart and St Marys is the one closest to my house

This will be the LAST thing I ever buy from K-Mart! I bought a fridge on the 11/03. I got a receipt from K-mart and then a tracking number. Five days later and tracking doesn't even show the fridge has been picked up. And to add insult to injury, I have just found out I didn't buy it from K-Mart. It seems I bought it from a 3rd party on marketplace even though I bought it through the K-Mart site.I have now had to cancel the technician that was coming thursday to cap the gas and remove the old fridge. No-one can even tell me WHO I actually bought the ffridge from and a number to contact them to find out what's going on. A K-mart spokeman told me they "sent a message and give them 2 days to respond". It's supposed to be HERE in THREE days. As I said, never again will I buy from K-mart.
