All keys, codes, and necessary information were provided before the job began, allowing us to get started without any hassle. While on site, we needed more time than originally planned, which was met with understanding while still recognising that the work needed to be completed

They’ve been really helpful from start to finish and always quick to respond whenever I’ve needed anything. Do not employ. K&M has a disregard for the Lease and legislation. A cavalier attitude to the service charge fund; sends service charge demands for money K&M do not merit, and which do not comply with the lease or legislation. Requests for a breakdown of costs are ignored. A failure to consult, the cleaner and gardener's contract is arranged for a year less one day to avoid a QLA consultation and tenders. Martin Kingsley and his property manager improperly crash AGMs which are closed members meetings,and take over in disregard for the members of the management company.

Appalling lack of service and I say that both as a client and as someone on the end of their "management services". They have no people skills and display ignorance on an amazing scale. I ran a business with a seven figure turnover for a decade. Had I displayed such a lack of client skills I would not have had that business for more than a year. and would not have seen the profits that we did. Seriously lacking. I would avoid at all costs as the (former) director of a residential block.
