Ordered on the 3rd of May and arrived / fitted today 6th May.

Despite some issue with lack of product in warehouse and wait for delivery from US all went well and contact with support was smooth and kind. For sure will by again parts that my car will need
An excellent product and great customer service from Eindhoven when I needed to identify a non-standard fitment and return an item.
Ordered the wrong filter for my car (my fault, I ordered from my phone browser and didn't notice wrong product got selected) and only realized after the item arrived.
Contacted Support who were very prompt and helpful to arrange a Returns label and a full refund (I have now ordered the correct filter).
Very pleased with K&N!

This review is specifically for the K&N European/UK customer services. The service I received from K&N in Eindhoven on a warranty issue was excellent. Photographs were sent and the issue discussed and deemed defective, a replacement filter was sent out and case closed. Excellent customer service from the Eindhoven branch!
The company sent me a part which I was missing, they were very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.
The Eindhoven Branch is one of the few in the Netherlands, where people actually do care about the client. I mean it.
They sent the order on time. The delivery company made a mess. So to fix things, I came in touch with the people from Eindhoven. A couple of emails, in a very polite manner, zero response the kind of "maybe, we don't know etc". No, they were clear and positive. That is the kind of help that you seek from a client support service. The sad part of the story is The product itself is quite robust, so I will not be purchasing anything from them any time soon at least.
I have purchased & fitted air panel filters, it has improved by making the car more responsive. Customer service was good via email & delivered on-time I would buy again
Spent £420 on an induction kit for it to be faulty with a huge air leak in the piping.
Contacted them via email 4 times to have zero response.
Contacted on Twitter only to have my tweet deleted and also contacted on Facebook only to have them read the message and not reply.
Absolutely disgusting service and I am now going to make a chargeback with my bank to get a refund.
