Buyer beware. I ordered needles on June 6. When I received the order confirmation, it looked like the needles were 2mm instead of 4mm. It may have been my error, or theirs, I don't know. But I immediately emailed them & made clear I needed 4mm needles. No reply. A week later, no delivery (I'm in North Melbourne, so 2 -3 working days max, I would have thought)), still no reply to my email. Tried phoning, they don't answer phone. I emailed once again. No reply. Finally, delivery today, June 22, so 16 days to travel from Dandenong to North Melbourne. As anticipated, needles were the wrong size. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Really good experience with this company. I ordered 12 balls of the same yarn, they emailed me very quickly letting me know that the 12th ball they had available was a different dye lot and slightly different shade. They gave me several choices of how I could proceed, I ended up cancelling that ball and reducing my order to 11. The refund came through quickly and my order arrived promptly, with a little free gift too! Really good communication and personal touches. I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

I have bought wool from knitting co for some time BUT
this last time was a disaster, I put in an order on the 24 th April and within a few days I was contacted by the courier to say that they were unable to deliver my parcel because they were unable to read my address on the label.
I contacted knitting co and they said that their warehouse had made an error and I was given the tracking number. I passed that number to the courier service and nearly a month later I still haven’t received my wool.
I have written several emails to Knitting co and have not had any help from them.
All I want is my 10 balls of knitting yarn and why should I be running around to sort out the courier service.
I paid my postage and if Knitting co’s warehouse made a mistake with my address, then why should I be responsible for sorting out this mess. From Maureeen Meyer

I won't buy from them and I don't recommend them.
