Hi, I finished CSPO course from Knowledge Hut. KnowledgeHut has tied up with Upgrad and the tutors are really knowleageable and good. I had a good experience in the course and also had enough time to ask questions .

I recently took a course on "Scrum Master". The experience was great. The instructor was really helpful and gave enough practical examples.

Was not able to get access to their site. I paid for premium access and I'm left with infinite loading circle and "email not found" errors.
Their customer service has rudely hung up on me twice now. Calling their number for Canada, the guy doesn't even know where he works, I told him to send me an email with confirmation that I will be getting a refund and his escalation email, but it looks like he got some other guy to send the email as the numbers are completely different.

The chat keeps sending me different emails to "escalate" with no resolution. I've sent 4+ emails now with no confirmation emails on my issue and it's been over 24 hours.

Do not use this site, I don't know where all these "good" reviews have come from but it has to be fake for sure

Back in September 2025, I attended the course of SAFe Scrum Master course. The staff of KnowledgeHut made sure that I was able to attend the course after a few failed attempts and made sure that I had addition information to prepare for the course exam.
