App was bugging out, didn't really understand the benefits that were offered, couldn't do much in other benefits other than the insurance.

As others have said, the Kota team has extensive knowledge of pensions and healthcare. Highly responsive to any queries I've made so far as part of working with my new employers.

Kota provide amazing customer service and go above and beyond to answer pension and health insurance queries.
When the company I work for started working with Kota they gave really informative lunch and learns that explained how health insurance and pensions work in a way that I finally understood. The lunch and learns also highlighted different things we could do to make sure we get the most out of our plans, tax reliefs we could apply for, etc.
I had some follow up questions after the sessions and Trevor was brilliant. He jumped on call to go through questions specific to my situation, highlighted that I could retrospectively contribute to my pension and claim tax relief. Really incredibly helpful, thank you!

Kota is so helpful, I was worried because insurance is not known to be easily reachable but folks at Kota are so knowledgeable and they will help you resolve your issue.

I had an issue with the provider for a couple of days and it was resolved when Kota liaise with them within a day. Super reassuring.

They are all highly educated on the benefits space and are willing to offer personalised advice to help you make choices about the contributions you are making. They understand that customers care about where their money is going (and what they are getting for it) and they go far, far above and beyond to make sure you're getting bang for your buck. If you've interacted with insurance providers in the past, this experience will honestly be a real breath of fresh air.
