High quality books, quick shipping

I had ordered previously and the package never arrived. I emailed admin to cancel order and issue a refund which happened promptly.
Thereafter I re-ordered and the package arrived no problem.

Love the selection and quality of the books. Delivery was prompt and I have ordered many times over, so would highly recommend Kube Publishing.

The clothes material was cheap,not good quality

A clear website made choosing and ordering books a straightforward process. I bought three of the well-presented "Treasury" books published by Kube, which are useful as small gifts. The books arrived promptly.

Very bad customer service..sent few emails still no reply

The price is fair, but the customer service is so disappointing and frustrating. From taking forever to reply an email to sending items to the wrong address. Please work on your customer service.

Amazing! Books were brand new, and they arrived so quick!!! Given that it was before Ramadhan and they probably had so many orders, I am very happy that it came quickly.

Customer Service is exceptional. I made a mistake by putting my address on the order, it took only moments on the phone for Kube to correct this. Books arrived in good condition and with free gifts.
