Missing parts, customer service is childish.
Most of my order showed up, but a key piece was missing. Support thankfully sent me the missing piece.
However, another component (the hood) was not as pictured.
Reaching out to support was a mixed bag of not responding to emails and rushing me off the phone without a clear understanding of what the issue was.
Sizing for the shoes was also off.
Instead of trying to solve the issue with tact, the company insults my character (see below).
Still hoping for a resolution.

Trustworthy
I ordered two pair of nuchucks. Both were of high-quality. Unfortunately, one pair were the wrong ones, but Kungfu4less quickly sent the correct ones and allowed me to return the wrong ones at their expense. Well done! Because I had such a good experience with them, I would shop with them again.
