2 polos et T-shirt Lacoste véritable facture acheté aux arcades noisy le grand il y a un peu moins d’un an, la qualité est au rdv mais le coton n’est plus le même qu’avant car en fin de journée le polo me gratte ça devient très désagréable est ce que c’est que moi? Mes autres chemises et autres T-shirt non Lacoste ne provoque pas cette gêne, un peu comme de la laine à même la peau.

Schuhe wurden ordnungsgemäß zurück geschickt! Leider habe ich keine Gutschrift erhalten , da die Schuhe angeblich nicht angekommen sind!!!

Very bad service and so dissapointing, I have returned a t-shirt immediately after my purchase as the size was too small and now it's been 14 days since they didn't refund my money back even if their policy is 5-7 days. Horrbile customer service.

If zero stars were an option they would have it!!! Customer Service is the worst, the slowest, the most unhelpful ever. They also try to backtrack on what they agree to do, which i have in writing. So they will not get away with that. The products are not even good quality they used to be but are not now. So given the quality of both customer services & products they are 100% a company to boycott!!! In this age they need to realise they can get reviews like these making people aware of their practices.....

Decepcionado. Realicé una compra de 126 Euros, la entrega la hicieron mediante SEUR, que no respetó la dirección indicada dejando el paquete en una "Tienda china de al lado" que no reconoce haberlo recibido. Lacoste no me ayudo ni solucionó el problema. Muy pobre la atención, da la impresión que no les importa que un cliente haya sido engañado.

I recently purchased a $158 cotton Lacoste polo from the Sherway Gardens location. I was initially very happy with the purchase. Unfortunately, after only the first wash, the polo shrunk significantly—up to my belly, making it unwearable.
The shirt was washed strictly according to the care instructions on the label and air‑dried. I own many Lacoste cotton polos and am very careful with cotton garments, knowing they don’t tolerate heat well. All my other Lacoste polos are perfectly fine—this is the only one that shrunk, which strongly suggests it was a defective piece.
When I returned to the store to raise the concern, I was told the manager was unavailable. The next day, the store manager, Sara, called me back and refused the return. What was most disappointing was the rude and dismissive attitude, with no genuine attempt to understand the issue or offer a reasonable solution for a clearly faulty product.
For a premium brand like Lacoste, I expected better quality control and far better customer service, especially on a high‑priced item. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in both this store and how customer concerns are handled.

Kann nur jedem von einer Bestellung abraten, es gibt keinen Kundenservice, wenn an der teuren Ware etwas defekt oder kaputt ist!

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung mit Lacoste und kann den Service leider nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe eine iPhone-Hülle gekauft, die bereits nach sehr kurzer Nutzungszeit defekt war. Statt einer unkomplizierten Lösung wurde meine Rücksendung mit der Begründung abgelehnt, sie entspreche nicht den Rückgabebedingungen (z. B. ungetragen/originalverpackt).

Das ist aus meiner Sicht absolut inakzeptabel. Es handelt sich hier nicht um eine normale Rückgabe, sondern um einen klaren Mangel. Nach so kurzer Zeit darf ein Produkt schlicht nicht kaputtgehen – und als Kunde erwarte ich, dass der Händler dafür gerade steht.

Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass weder ein Austausch noch eine Erstattung angeboten wurde. Stattdessen wird versucht, sich hinter allgemeinen Rückgaberegeln zu verstecken, obwohl gesetzliche Gewährleistungsrechte gelten.

Zusätzlich habe ich dem Rücksendepaket ein ausführliches Schreiben mit meiner Reklamation und einer genauen Erklärung beigelegt, dieses wurde komplett ignoriert.

Ich war bisher ein sehr guter und treuer Kunde, aber nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich dort zukünftig definitiv nicht mehr bestellen.

So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist für mich eine große Enttäuschung und wirkt alles andere als professionell

Só não dou zero porque não tem essa opção. Lixo deveria ser o novo nome da marca. Desrespeito com o cliente em todos os sentidos.

Vocês não conseguem enviar um código de envio, não conseguem mudar o status do pedido. O pagamento caiu na hora, confirmar o pagamento foi possível. Como se o produto fosse de graça, mas a graça é somente o que vocês fazem com os clientes.

Depois de 4 e-mails enviados, e 2 Reclame Aqui, a marca consegue não responder seus clientes.

Parabéns por ser uma empresa tão incompetente.

There is currently a massive problem with Lacoste online ordering. If THEY send you an incorrect order they WONT be resending you the correct one.

I ordered a pair of 12 US shoes. Their online sizes don’t indicate what metric they are using, but having ordered before I assumed it would still be US. I received a pair of 13 US. After waiting four days of not getting a response from returns and having to contact them again, Ive been told I can send my shoes back for a refund, but I wont be receiving an exchange because they don’t do that. So I have to reorder. Besides being a giant waste of time for no outcome, no compensation, why would I reorder? They’ll most likely just send me 13s again. I was directed to try one of their stores. Unfortunately, the Lacoste employee suggesting this didn’t actually check if there were any stores near me. The nearest (and only) one, besides being one hour travel away, isn't even open till the 2nd of April! Truly one of the most disappointing and unhelpful customer experiences Ive ever had. Lacoste could seriously care less about customers. A shame, because I quite like their shoes usually.

Comprei tênis, final de novembro, devolvi porque ficou grande, eles mandou email dizendo que recebeu devolução 1 dezembro 2025, paguei as 3 parcelas da devolução e até agora não ouve extorno do valor, já liguei várias vezes, mandei e-mail, entrei no reclame aqui e até agora nada de devolução.

Compré en la tienda Lacoste online de Argentina y el pedido me llegó incompleto, de 16 productos llegaron 11, después de 90 días de realizado el reclamo y haber consultado en más de 25 oportunidades, me respondieron que no detectaron nada inusual en su proceso de preparación/entrega. Unos estafadores 😔así que no compren on line porque si no llega no se hacen cargo y se quedan con tu plata.

A complete joke. I've bought sneakers, that looked different in the photo than they did in real life. In reality, the soles were yellowed and streaked. I reported this to the customer service (Mr. Joshua), and initially asked for an exchange, but they refused, saying that yellowing was normal for this product. Ok, but then I wanted to return them, and asked for the return label - they immediately refused, arguing, that the shoes are worn !!!!! which of course isn't true, as I just bought them and have never worn them. At first they say, the yellowing is the manufacturing result, when I asked for the return - the yellowing suddenly was the result of me wearing the shoes !!!!On top - In the original photos on the website, the yellowing was almost completely photoshopped. The name of she sneakers is: Sneakers Aura in off white/pink. Well, the company is a disaster! I will certainly never recommend this company to anyone after the way I was treated. It's ridiculous and disappointing that such a large company doesn't take responsibility for its own products and would risk everything..... for 60 euros.

Ich habe sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Kundenservice gemacht.

Ordered on March 6th, still not recieved anything, checked my confirmation email and it says it was delivered on March 13th (it wasn't).

Reached out to customer support nothing back.

Won't be ordering from here again!

Am 27.02. und erneut am 07.03.2026 habe ich eine Beschwerde per Mail gesendet, da ich mit meiner Bestelung unzufrieden war. Bisher habe ich darauf keine Reaktion erhalten.

Alternativ habe ich versucht, über das Kontaktformular meine Beschwerde zu versenden, jedoch ist dies nicht möglich, da ich immer folgende Fehlermeldung angezeigt bekomme:

"Betreff ist zwingend notwendig"

Ich habe jedoch einen Betreff angegeben und auch jedes sonstige Feld befüllt, so dass die Nachricht eigentlich versendet werden müsste.

Bei mir drängt sich der Gedanke auf, dass schriftliche Nachrichten schlichtweg nicht gewollt sind...

I wanted to buy a pair of sneakers on the official Lacoste website. I tried 2 browsers, cleared cookies and everything I could. It kept saying "Access denied". Ok. I'll buy another brand in a normal store where the website works, I thought. Then out of curiosity I looked at Lacoste reviews and wow! I'm glad their website doesn't work. It saved me from trouble. Thank you, Lacoste :-)

Je suis quand un peu d’acheter des chaussures à 100€ pour un cadeau d’anniversaire pour que sa vienne dans un carton déchiré j’avoue que les chaussures sont belles mais j’étais énervé de donner ce carton déchiré à quelqu’un 😣😣😣

I have bought numerous Lacoste products over the years but no more, until they fix one glaring fault; Polo shirts!
Even when following cleaning instructions to the letter they always shrink by at least one size when washed.
Not acceptable!!
