i was able to speak to one of your operators who was helpful and patient as i am hard of hearing wonderful service and all sorted

I wish to give you zero star as you are the robbers, by mistake i took 2 policies rather than making changes on the first, with you, when I cancelled one of them, you charged £200+ which is a day light robbery even you did not even bother that he is existing customer, i hate you to the depth of my heart. I wish i have not heard about you, you are customer killer. I do not understand why you do not die for customer's confidence, trust and winning their heart. if this message does not open your eyes, you will loose customers and then your business. there is no justice and fairness in you.

Their website is so easy to use and everything is layer out very clearly so there won't be any hidden information.

Bought the policy from these scammers and rip off company cancelled it because my house doesn’t look same in google maps explained that I have renovated and made a new driveway but they don’t want to accept that and charged me £130 cancellation and setup fees stay away at all cost the duty manger was Andy Grey

The worst insurance company ever I paid £250 deposit after 2 days I cancelled after they kept asking me proof of NDC even though I provided 1, they refunded me £70 only and I was insured with them for 2 days in which I did not drive my car because it was showing not insured on askmid!

Stay away from this company!!!

Very very bad poor service.coz my car recovered time damage front bumper.first time said to me they will be fixed it .4 weeks later they are deny.please be careful every body checks it recovery before and after.absulately bad service.thanks

I wish I don't have to pick any star as you guys are fraudsters. I will never market you guys and I will tell people how bad your insurance is. Had a crash first week in December and till then I have not had any positive thing about my car. I have fallen ill because I have been taken public transport. Why do you make things difficult for people. This insurance is a scam and I will not advise my enemy to use them as I have told everyone who cares to listen to not use you guys. Big SCAM
