As mentioned in our previous email correspondence, you have received exactly what was ordered from our website. We offer a wide variety of slipper styles, and not all of them include brooches. The pairs you selected are not shown with brooches, nor does the product description indicate that they come with any.
As previously stated, if you would like to return the unworn slippers for a full refund so that you can reorder a pair that does include brooches, we would be more than happy to assist you with that process.
Additionally, please note that we have, in the past, offered free gifts with certain orders â sometimes including a set of brooches. However, that promotion ended on September 1st, which may be the reason for the confusion.

Our slippers are shipped in strong, durable boxes designed to protect them during transit. We do not use individual shoe boxes, as this helps us keep costs down and pass those savings on to our customers. We include full details about our packaging on our website to ensure transparency, but weâre sorry if this was missed.
We currently donât offer gift packaging as standard, but we truly appreciate your feedback and will definitely consider offering gift boxes as an optional extra in the future.
