Otro marketplace que juega sucio

Voy a realizar la compra de

AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 5965WX procesador 3,8 GHz 128 MB L3 Bandeja

producto que a la hora de incluirlo en el carrito marca 1079 eur pero al agregarlo.... voila! el precio pasa a 1963 eur más IVA

reclamo el problema y me dicen que es que no se actualizaron los precios... vaya que conveniente.

Asi que a pesar de que son serios, por otra parte, he hecho otras compras, ya no cuentan con mi confianza

Si vuelvo a comprar será teniendo en cuenta su procedimiento

If you are an incurable optimist who hopes that everything will go smoothly with their order with Lambda-Tek or you have found a bargain that you think will worth your time loss, loss of profit and most importantly your mental health, you don’t need to read along. If however, you value all aspects involved in your shopping experience, especially if it is for your business and particularly when you need customer support when the sh** hits the fan, please proceed reading my honest review about a case, where it turned out that I have been the sole loser. Spoiler: just choose any other popular player in the market and avoid this wanna-be-trustworthy selling platform.

I used to belong to the former category of people, when I found a monitor of my liking by the beginning of March in their website at an exceptionally good price. I did a short check to verify the reliability of the platform, since the price seamed unrealistic, however, I was influenced by the positive reviews and I ignored the bad ones. Eventually, I went on with placing the order for shipment from UK to Greece. Everything was good in the beginning, with easy access to help desk. However, the monitor arrived broken and this is when the troubles begun. I realised the damage after opening the box, because from its looks, it was in a fair condition. Even if I had opened the box for content inspection and immediately send it back, it would not have mattered after all. In short, I called them to ask for a replacement, but they told me to wait so that they can resolve the problem from their part to the best. I had to find out the hard way that “the best” would favour themselves and I will explain.
When someone deals with respectful sellers/platforms the agreement usually favours the buyer. So when an item arrives damaged (because of the transporter, the original retailer/warehouse or whatever) they immediately refund the customer or send a replacement and later on they work out their claims with the insurance companies, the transporter, etc, to resolve the issue for themselves. In Lambda-tek’s policy they first take their time to work out what is economically beneficial for them (UK customers are probably benefited) and they completely ignore customer’s loss of profits and time or frustration. All I was suggested to do was to send them photos of the damaged monitor. Still, 2 weeks later they were telling me that they have to conclude if the monitor was broken in my hands, with the final verdict (by the 1st of April), telling me that they will refund me at the price paid, without ever asking for more evidence of some sort (I guess the original photos where enough since day one). In the meanwhile the monitor’s price was increasing, so after these 2 weeks period I suggested them several times to reorder the item, especially if they offer to pay the price difference. In a sneaky manner they avoided to give me a solid answer, in order to save time for themselves, until it was too late - the monitor’s price doubled-. They did not want me to repeat the order, since in the meantime they figured out that it is not to their benefit to sell me this product. Before I even received the outcome of the refund claim (which THEY decided to issue for me, instead of a replacement) I went on and reordered the monitor when the stock reached the 1 unit left higher than but close to the original low price. A bit later they informed me that they had to cancel my order, because of a false listing (they said).
My accusations are not mere personal assumptions. I had called the rude UK representative of theirs and he confirmed that they cannot offer the level of customer satisfaction compared to e.g. Amazon or eBay, since -in his wording- “they are a small company, who cannot provide similar to theirs services, because it will cost them money.” He kept repeating in a peevish voice that “we are not a charity”.
In other words, it is ok for them to accept that fact, the problem is that I did not know in advance that I have to deal with it. Therefore, I am writing all this as a fair warning to potential customers to avoid such an ill-mannered seller. Please save your peace of mind or take the risk. After all, by comparison on every other product I browsed, except of this monitor, the price of their cheapest offer was at least 10% higher than elsewhere. Btw, the shipping cost for the monitor was 99,00€, not negligible at all!

DIFFICULT PART TO FIND ELSEWHERE

Très agréablement surpris par le dévouement, la rapidité, et la patience du service de support. Compte tenu du standard des produits proposés et de leurs prix très compétitifs, c’est un luxe d’avoir ce niveau support et de communication (c’est bien souvent sur ce point que la différence de prix s’explique sur d’autres plateformes). Bravo à eux.

La tienda es excelente, atentos, puntuales y con un envío con todas las medidas de seguridad. En ese sentido, fenomenal.
El artículo, panel de metacrilato para televisor Samsung, es mediocre (por no decir malo), no tiene nada que ver con el original, y hace sombras en la parte superior de la televisión. No me ha gustado nada. Entiendo ahora el porqué del precio. No recomiendo su compra.

Cumplieron fielmente las fechas. El producto llegó en excelentes condiciones.

Durante todo momento un protocolo de hacer pedido que da mucha seguridad, en todo momento te mantienen al día sobre la trazabilidad del estado del pedido y por último trabajan con una de las mejores, sino , la mejor empresa de transporte UPS

Purchase was very straightforward and arrived on time. I just wish they'd sent a proper VAT receipt without pressing me to sign up for special "business account" terms.

Not a big deal, but probably won't use for any significant purchases that I need to expense.

Einwandfreie Lieferung und gutes Produkt

Alles in allem kam exakt die Lieferung wie gewünscht. Nur ein Stern Abzug für wesentlich später als angekündigt. Wobei das evtl auch am Lieferanten und dessen Tracking Voraussicht liegen kann und lambdaTek gar nichts dafür kann.

Temevo fosse un prodotto non originale visto il prezzo d’occasione invece con mia grande soddisfazione il prodotto è arrivato originale e nella sua scatola sigillata. Ho dovuto aspettare un po’ di giorni poiché la merce proviene fuori dall’Italia ma ne è valsa la pena, acquistato sul loro sito il 02/02/2026 e ritirato a Roma il 12/02/2026

The shipping was very high but I still went for the card because it was only available here. But delivery was very late with multiple followups and all.
