I have just used Lanarkshire law Estate agents. I have nothing but great things to say about this business. They took all the stress out of the sale of my property. Kept me well informed with viewings and update me with all the information I requested. I would highly recommend anyone looking for any service from these guys. A truly first class service throughout combined with reasonable service fees. If I ever had an issue or wished some advice Lynn, and the team were on hand to assist. They assured me throughout and explained clearly the options I had in front of me.
The team moved fast from my initial contact the house was marketed within the week and sold within the week for above the home report. The team took care of all viewings so I didn’t have to worry and gave advice regarding property presentation. 5 stars and would most definitely recommend them to a friend.

LLEA managed the marketing and sale of our home. They were brilliant start to finish. Initially Hugh visited our property to carry out a valuation which was spot on with what the home report came back as. Everything was carried out quickly as the team were aware we were keen to sell as soon as possible. Our property sold after one week on the market and we received multiple offers the day after viewings. The professional photos were a huge advantage in securing viewings. This was our first time selling and the team couldn’t have been more helpful and were always happy to answer any questions we had.

From my initial meeting with Hugh, he gave me honest and very helpful advice when it came to selling my property. From then on it was easy to get my property onto the market. The team at the office kept me up to date with interest, viewings and feedback.

This is the first time we have moved house for over 30 years. We were understandably a bit nervous and apprehensive about doing so but LLEA put us at ease immediately and supported us throughout the process in a friendly and efficient manner and were always available to give advice or answer any queries we had.

I had a visit from one of the team at LLEA to give a valuation and discuss the agency and she couldn’t have been nicer, very friendly, respectful and professional. Follow up email was sent promptly and everything explained very well. Really couldn’t have asked for any better was very impressed.

We are selling our house and I cannot recommend LLEA highly enough. We decided to go with them as we were so impressed with them from the minute Hugh came out to value our house. The whole team are just the loveliest bunch of people who can’t do enough for you, so professional, honest and reliable. My 1st thought was "who are Lanarkshire Law estate agents, ive not really heard of them" Thankfully i never listened to myself saying lets go with one of the so called "BIG" estate agents, because in my homest opinion the BIG estate agents could really learn by taking a leaf out of Lanarkshire Laws "Client comes 1st" attitude.
From day 1 - Alison,Kevin, Hugh, Donna, Yvonne, Rebecca and Kelly all made it clear that they had our interests in making the process as smooth and as hassle free as possible, and they were all working for us.
From the marketing pictures to the marketing video and the description, you could tell how important it was to them that they gave their all in doing the best for us in our sale.
They sold my house in 2 days at just under 16% above Home Report Value. An incredible result from the whole team.

Well you better check your records again then. No wonder you wanted me to drive hours to sign a form, bit when I turned up you decide it wasn't needed and the house sale had already happened. I have all the emails evidenced and can be proven. So again as the review states. Lies and unprofessional.
