We deal with Langford Russell in West Wickham and always very satisfied with their efforts in letting our property. Maxine Apps, in particular, was very thorough and diligent.
Would recommend to other Landlords.

Maxine Apps is a credit to your company and the only reason I have rated 5 stars.
In terms of improvement I would suggest that head office improve their communication process and the timeliness of these. I had to constantly chase the application and tenancy agreement.

We have recently let our property with Langford Russell and had a great experience! Our estate agent, Maxine, communicated quickly and efficiently and made the process effortless for us. She made sure we were informed every step of the way and gave us honest and subjective advice. We are really glad we chose Langford Russell and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

William not only made sure we were getting a fair deal, he helped push the conveyancing solicitors, equipped us with all relevant information and contacts, and made us aware of any blindspots we should be considering to make sure our purchase was fully vetted, secured and as per expectations. We have had a great experience with selling our house with Langford Russell. We have sold out property from abroad and they have helped relieve the stress of that by being flexible, showing clients around, helping out with the updating of the property and responding to enquires from us promptly. I highly recommend their services and would use them again.

Perhaps we had some bad luck as we were promised a premium service and saw all the great reviews here. Unfortunately we had to get involved in almost every step. For example, the photographer was unsure how to photograph the property in its best light, the prospectus had errors, the upload to Rightmove had errors, the contract had errors.
An employee of Langford Russell contacted me directly after we had accepted a buyer saying she wanted to buy the property instead - I can only imagine that this is highly unprofessional.
The saving grace was that at crunch time when we were about to lose our onward property, Will pulled out all the stops to get all parties moving forward again.

William, the agent for our purchase is very professional and helpful in the whole process. We sincerely appreciate what he did in the purchase process.

Awesome customer service with a heart!

Rob was great. It was a complicated sale not least because the house we purchased had a fire just before we were due to exchange. We were very grateful to Rob for all the extra work he did in order to get this incredibly complex deal over the line before our mortgage offer expired before xmas! Highly recommend!

Langford Russell were really easy to work with and communicative. Rob Griffin was helpful and made buying as smooth and as stress free as it could be. He gave good advice during the process.

Rob got it through when all was against him, 1st class premium property agent - they get it done.

Neil, treated our home as his own and that was more than we could’ve asked for, we believe that it absolutely contributed to us getting the perfect buyer for our house, and subsequently, with Steve Mullins persistence, it allowed us to exchange within 24 days.
