I would NOT recommend this place for service. They're too busy and they don't care about their customers.

My elderly aunt made a 9am appointment for service. FOUR and a HALF hours later, they'd still not gotten to it. The man she spoke with (4.5 hours after she dropped it off) said it would be ready "by the end of the day." She expressed that she drove an HOUR into town for this morning appointment and will be driving an HOUR home in the dark now (she's elderly). He seemed unconcerned, nonchalant, and that it wasn't his problem.

What is the point of an appointment?
Also, how about a little bit of RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING?
What happened to customer service? Maybe trying to make things right?

This experience was humiliating and I had to write about it I'm not sure if they only post the good reviews but mines would not post to their website. I was approved for a car (well so I thought) I was set to pick up the car I was told set up insurance (done) the car was being detailed I got emails about all the features turned on. My appt went all the way left. I waited and waited which was a sign something was not right. My sales person Erasmo Quirino and his manager which I didn't get his name but he was very rude about the whole thing that was going down. Come to find out the income they reported was not accurate the bank needed proof. I didn't report I had that type of income so therefore I had no proof. So it left me out of a car because of false information given to get the sale. So everything that was set up was now all a big slap in the face!! I left out in tears this was the worst experience ever to actually be told your car is ready then get there to pick it up and you leave with nothing and still have no idea why this happened or how it could of happened! The manager didn't even apologize or show his face after but was all in my face when I walked in shopping for a car. Don't believe anything about numbers approvals anything until you get the last say from the bank! This dealership is not honest! No sympathy! Just terrible! I will be filing a report with the Attorney General

I purchased a vehicle or so i thought on Sept 28th 2017 and signed all the papers and after taking the car home and driving it for 5 weeks i get a message saying the contract got returned due to missing paperwork to which i had been in contact with the dealership and also Chrysler Capital who was funding my deal ...so needless to say i went in to try and get my deposit back and was told by Iron Gastelum that per Jody Sedillo the car needed to be returned by 6 pm or they were reporting it stolen .I gave the dealership a check for and additional 700 dollars and they said they can hold it for 3 weeks well after a week and a half they put that check through and made me almost 850 dollars negative due to all the 35 dollar fees for overdraft ....So then today 11/7/17 i got a text from one of the managers named Brian Pashia and it said I talked to Jody she said because they didnt charge me restocking fees or mileage which they could have that they refunded my full 1000 dollar deposit that they would not refund the additional fees ..oh also the Finance guy named Pedro had the nerve to say to me its not my fault your credit is screwed up ..........
