I have been a lashify client for 5 years- 5 years. I have noticed the quality of the products continually going down over the last 12-18 months. I have purchased at least 5 glues and they all come dry. Sure you can send a pic and return it but I stopped caring or having the time for such effort when it clearly wasn't one batch. Terrible terrible- such a bummer as it used to be great.

I am very disappointed.I soend hundreds of dollars and I was so excited . I ordered lashes the first time wearing them upon removing two of them ripped . Just by removing . Their customer service is horrible . They will not do anything to keep you happy .no remorse and horrible communication , no phone number to speak to someone in person . I am stuck now because I spend so much money on their product 😡😡😡😡😡😡re ordered the ripped one but never again!

My entire family and friends have used these lashes for 3 years and we all loooove them! Best quality!! The bond is ok... Amazon offers nice options for much cheaper tho.

I would love to buy a gift card for my daughter in law, but try as I might, this website just sent me in circles so I gave up. Turns out they send the purchaser the gift card, then you have to forward it to the recipient. NOWHERE does it say that, not even robot chat explains it. So each time I got to the "pay", there was no place for her email address and a message. Again, NO EXPLANATION! After 20 minutes this morning, I just gave up. I have to get to work and what should have been a 5 minute job turned out to be 20 minutes with no result. So who knows if the products are good-- - she'll have to find out on her own, I'm going to find some place else. Revolve, Nordstroms, Anthro...

Cette marque prend des produits asiatiques et les revends avec juste leur nom dessus pour un prix deluxe. Les produits ne sont pas mauvais mais ne vaut pas largement le prix. C'est plus proche de la qualité de grande surface qu'autre chose. Je conseille d'aller directement chez le fournisseur originel ou d'autres marques qui ne surchargent pas. Ils adorent aussi dire qu'ils ont inventé les cils manga en 2017 aussi alors que c'est là depuis des décennies.

I am new to Lashify and lash extensions. I reached out to customer support for some issues I had and the agent was patient and knowledgeable and helped me with the selection of another type of gossamer. I feel confident with all the types of gossamers available I will find the one that fits my coloring, lifestyle and desired appearance.

The community is what makes Lashify what it really is. The amazing customer service, helpful guides and tutorials and the supportive/positive online Facebook community just compliments the beautiful products. Yes, they are more pricey than other brands but it’s truly an investment in joy! Lashify is exceptional. As is their team and CEO. I wish they were hiring near me, I would love to work for this company- which is really the ultimate positive review!

I had a question about my monthly subscription box on Saturday morning thinking I would receive a response Monday. Nope, Kortney with concierge answered my question in minutes and fixed my issue. Lashify truly has the best customer service in a business. So many businesses can learn a thing or two from them.

didnt even buy from them and i really womy now bc why would a big company such as lashify go and personally dm people who criticize their brand when they were being racist and lying?? and then block them like cowards? i wish i could post pictures on here.

Lashify has the best customer service hands-down than any other organization in the world. They truly care about their customers and back up their products. If there’s a problem, customer service addresses it quickly and resolves the issue.

Absolutely blown away at how easy these were to put on and how natural they look. I was reluctant to buy as I find beauty treatments hard to do myself. The last time I put on lashes at home I had a meltdown and gave up. However these are so easy, took me around 20 mins to apply and there was no faults. They look so natural and I’ve definitely been converted into a repeat customer. Cannot recommend anymore.

I am 43 years old & have never worn false eyelashes before and was able to get these on, with the help of the tutorial and they stayed on for a week, my first try! I highly recommend.
