Thought I lost my passport but I misplaced it and hid it well in my room, cancelled it on Saturday night and had a message early hours Monday that it was ready, appointment was 9.45 but flight was at 11.10 so would’ve been cutting it fine, turned up at 8.30 am was straight in and out in 5 minutes. Absolutely brilliant thank you consulate staff.
Most useless gang of helmets. God forbid anyone dies or gets nicked abroad coz you will be left to rot. Don’t care about their citizens & their well-being. White collar crime. Government mafia
Firstly when did you remove all the former complaints on TrustPilot? There were many in 2021 with a low rating that have now been removed?
Secondly, I will be amending this post, as I have a lot to tell. It took me from June 2021 to February 2023, to finally get my documents. Documents lost, resent, errors. I will be complaining all here!
Very disgusted. I called them while in turkey and got through to Sarah. I wish I never called them. I was very upset and scared while on the phone to her about my mum who was left for dead after surgery. She was heartless and she bullied me while she was on the phone siding with the Turkish nurses who were ignoring my mums nurse calls. She had the nerve to tell me to speak nicely. All I'm going to say is karma will get her. I expected more from this service but she made me feel worse after speaking to her. I hope she is in the same situation as me 1 day and gets the same treatment so she knows how it feels to be treated so badly.
Shameful customer service . Took my money and failed to produce the documents. Ignored my emails and the only response was they had not received my application. Five months later they had found it but it was too late . Refused refund. Credit card chargeback successfully.
Creating your own lasting power of attorney is so easy using their on-line service. In addition, they have friendly and helpful staff on the other end of the phone to guide you through the process or answer any questions.
