The dress itself was lovely, really nice sturdy material, and honestly for the price I found it great! It fit exactly how I needed it to, right length etc, and they were lovely over email when I enquired on a delivery date, as I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time (it did). Overall if you're needing a made to measure dress, would recommend these, just give yourself enough time for it to be delivered after ordering

Amazing quality. Gives a great shape and fit. It's not at all see through, plenty of good quality fabric. I think it's great that you have the choice to choose a corset back or a zip up. And the biggest plus is that it's affordable.

If you don't want to cry don't buy from them, i ordered 3 of dresses, it never arrived, i message them after the delivery date went by, at first they were very responsive, and then they said the item has misplaced and they can offer 20% refund, i am like what do you mean, you misplaced the item, i never received it and you are giving me 20% refund, i paid 150 for this dresses 3 of them. after 2 days of back and forth they stop emailing me and even blocked me.

We first ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses from this site, I tried mine on and found that it was slightly too small so I tried one of the other bridesmaids dresses in as this was the next size up and it fit perfectly. The first issue is trying to get a refund, they tell you to keep the dress and they’ll give you a 20% voucher to buy a new dress from them or you can send the dress back to them but they’ll charge you a fee + postage which means you’re down even more money.

We reluctantly did the 20% voucher and ordered a dress that I’d already tried on so I knew it fits in the next size up , when it arrived it was actually even smaller than the original dress that I’d ordered! The original dress was a size “L2” which I could get on it just felt slightly too tight, the “L4” that arrived I couldn’t even zip halfway up my back. When I contacted their customer service team to ask them how they could explain that they are sold two dresses claiming to be the same size but clearly are so poorly made that they just send out differently made dresses everytime, I received no help whatsoever , the first email reply I got from them simply said “Thankyou for your suggestions and feedback”. After over a week of back and forth of them not even acknowledging their poor dresses and service, at most they offered me a 50% voucher to purchase a new dress from them! I couldn’t keep arguing with them as the wedding was getting closer and closer so had to accept it. Leaving us out of pocket again for a mistake that they made, they refused a full refund and we had to choice to buy another one from them as all the bridesmaids are wearing the same dress.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless you want a lot of stress before your big day. Just pay the extra to buy from a legit site as you’ll end up paying extra for the returns with Lavetir and you don’t even know what you’re going to receive.

They’ve attempted to have my review taken down claiming it is not the right company but Lavetir.com is the same company as .co.uk so neither can be trusted , it does not matter which country you are ordering from

Beautiful material, dress fits perfectly.

Bought two of the Emily dresses in lilac, both dresses were perfect, material was amazing quality and sizing was great everyone commented on them from start to finish of the day !
The only negative I would give were zips were a bit stiff and hard to fasten

Bought 2 different sizes in the same dress. One fitted perfectly and looks gorgeous, very pleased with the quality! True to size. Very pleased with the outcome of return too, helpful customer service.

I got a custom dress to make sure it would fit. I asked for a hip 40 inch and they sent a 54 inch, I also asked for hollow 55 inch and they sent 60 inch. That was the first issue I had with the dress, the next was the fact it was fraying and had lose thread. When I informed them they said they didn't see a problem. I had to argue and even said I would send the dress back. All they would do is give me a 25% refund. The actual quality of the dress was cheap and definitely not worth the price

This company is the absolute worst, zero customer service, very misleading selling and absolutely do not help in any way to resolve issues. Would not recommend! Unless your dresses fit perfectly they aren't interested!

The dress was received within the time frame given. Trust them!!! They won’t let you down. And the quality was unmatched. I felt so beautiful in my dress. Everyone raved about it!!!

I absolutely loved this dress. First of all it wasn’t my first choice for a wedding dress cause I already had one but something bad happened and I had to look for a new dress ASAP!. I was so stressed and frustrated until I found Lavetir.
I got the dress in a very beautiful white color and it worked better than any other dress. I can say this with a lot of confidence cause on my wedding day the weather decided to gave us a hard time and it rain like there was no tomorrow. And the dress was like new all the time. I was so scared that anybody could see my underwear through the dress once it got wet but no! I was very beautiful all the time.
I’m so happy I made this decision. I happily recommend this crazy-weather-proof dress.
