This is the 3rd time I've used Blacks to sell my rental properties and it was another positive experience.
Carmen and Ruth were very helpful and most important they were calm! (I find selling property stressful!) This one was slightly more complicated than usual but all went without a hitch.
They guided me through the paperwork and made sure everything was ready on time.

My first time re-mortgaging from a bridging loan to a BTL mortgage. The first solicitors felt like they were trying to make money through admin fees and overly priced insurances. Thankfully when we switched to Blacks we had no issues like that. Once the process began there were no added sales tactics, just getting the job done. Ross was on top of the case and was quick to respond to any of my queries.

Courtney and Caithlin were fantastic from start to finish. I've purchased 20+ properties over the years and Blacks were noticeably better than all other solicitors I've used. Courtney was the main day to day contact and she was very helpful at all times, explaining clearly anything that I needed assistance with, responding rapidly to any queries that I had, and then when I needed to really speed things up to avoid the mortgage offer expiring, her and Caithlin pulled out all the stops to ensure we completed in time.
