I dealt with Will Ashton and Charlotte Lee on the purchase of two properties. As a first time buyer, they guided me through the intire process with ease and went up and abive to ensure I fully understood every stage of the process. They made themselves available via phone and in person when needed.

I’ve used Blacks for several property purchases, and their communication has always been excellent throughout the entire process. I live a considerable distance away, but everything is handled smoothly over phone and email, which makes the experience very convenient. Their conveyancing fees are also very competitive. Highly recommend.

This was a joint instruction as part of a re-mortgage. In my experience the service in such a scenario is generally not good as the mortgage company is the de-factor customer but absolutely not the case here. Very clear and timely communication and the one time I had to call for a clarification, the solicitor dealing with my case was off the desk, but another solicitor dealt with my query on the call. I would definitely recommend Blacks Solicitors based on my experience and will instruct them in the future.
