Rude Tracy and racist Afghani owner

I was going to write a review but nothing a post on 13th June which basically highlights everything I was going to say myself.

Do not use these crooks. The names Hamid and Tracey seem to appear too often in a bad way.

Remember, what goes around comes around. And I think you know who I am.

Became financially successful due to taking money from staff when they leave, and failing to pay subcontractors.
Look good on the face but are crooks

Highly professional company with mountains of knowledge, will talk you through the process and very good value for money. Used in multiple locations and cant get better than ISO and NSI accredited. Good and fast install of CCTV and access control at short notice, wouldn't use anyone else.

Not trusty people working at. The Engineer are very low skills and bad communication.Very Unprofessional. Can not even communicate with customers. They use their own language in font of the customer and other peoples working with. very rude behaviour and no manner and do not respect to others. very low standard. Overall too bad. Gutted!

Not particular pleased with staff. initial conversation pleasant but when there was an issue no one wanted to know. Did not find other colleagues very good at coming back to me.

I had problems getting the site visit scheduled as Lazerbeam preferred to handle the discussions on the phone which I did not feel would achieve the objective. Once the site visit was organized, the process worked very well and the executive responsible was extremely helpful. Face to face interaction helped crystallize possible options that we might have. Post- the site visit, turnarounds and follow ups were excellent. Ball is now in my court to make a decision, which will primarily be based on the price. Thank you to Mr. Harinder Marwaha for his assistance.

Lazerbeam have been instrumental during the system upgrades we have had at Aspers over the coming years. I would highly recommend them to any Security firm for CCTV/Door Access Control and Service of Fire systems which have been fitted.

Their pricing for equipment and labour is also extremely competitive especially for a central London position.
