Website easy to navigate, great price and fast delivery.

Had a fault with a second hand camera after 6 weeks. I rang them on the Saturday and they arranged a pick for Monday. I spoke to Liam ( Bristol shop) on the Friday and he explained that the camera had gone to Leica to be fixed. I had decided that I was going to upgrade to a brand new Leica and Liam arranged for me to pay the extra and arranged delivery straight away. I was very impressed the way Liam handled the whole procedure

Excellent Service - And Great Value too!

Swapped one used lens for another. Staff friendly, arranged pick up of my lens for assessment since I’m not local and swiftly sent me the upgrade. Didn’t get the best price for my lens but replacement was as advertised and in excellent condition.

The helpfulness and knowledge of the staff I dealt with made the process of buying and understanding a new camera a rewarding process.

The purchase was smooth, but the courier delivery was a shambles: PIN codes that arrived 4hrs after the delivery was attempted, multiple times. Euan was awesome on the phone, but was being lied to by the courier rep at every turn. Despite this, he kept me up-to-date and eventually the package was delivered - the bubblewrap had done it's job well as it had not been nicely handled by the courier.

Awesome service, great support and a perfectly working camera - more than made up for the worst courier experience I've ever had.

Very good price compared to other online retailers. Well packed for safe delivery. Good tracking. Arrived one day later than originally expected probably due to extreme weather. Happy with purchasing from London Camera Exchange. Will purchase from them again in the future.

I ordered Leica ultravid 10x25 on the phone on Friday and I got it next day enabled me to take it on my holiday

I cannot speak more highly of the London Camera Exchange’s team in Bristol. Recently had a warranty issue with a used lens I had purchased, so stopped by the Bristol shop. I was in a rush to have the lens repaired because of a wedding I was photographing. Mark was brilliant and helped manage the whole replacement process immediately - specifically, Mark recognised how much of a rush I was in, and instead of taking the risk of not receiving the repaired lens back in time, he replaced the lens with a like-for-like copy they had in shop. Even though the lens was purchased from another LCE location! This wasn’t the only good experience I have had with the team - consistently over the last couple years I have visited the shop, and after many purchases and trade-ins, the team have demonstrated fantastic customer service and trustworthiness. I’ve never had a question or problem that they couldn’t solve. As a direct result of the team, I am significantly more comfortable purchasing new or used items from them vs. any other retailer, and will always go to them first. Thank you guys for all your hard work.
