Currently there are 5 members of staff who between them have over 140 years of photographic experience. Alongside an extensive range of photographic, video and optical products the Chester store also provides digital printing services including passports and restoration. Other services available include sensor cleaning, repairs and prints from mobile phones.

Really helpful people

Really helpful people and were able to quickly fix a mix up on my part with my on-line order by telephone with ease. Great to have real people to talk to and to do business with in this age of AI bots 😀.

Excellent service from this shop

The product I wanted was in stock and despatched at the earliest possible opportunity by next day service. I received plenty of relevant updates about the progress of my order. I had my new camera in my hands 36 hours after ordering and am delighted with it, and with the service I received from the shop.
