I ordered a very reasonably priced second hand tamron lense from this branch online.
Unfortunately I accidentally ordered the camera to the wrong address so called the store where I was given some great customer assistance from Alex. He requested a refund for me and then sent me a unique link to reorder the lense.

Bought a few items over the years and always been spot on, the last purchase left me a bit disappointed by the item condition. Wear to the front rim of the lens so the plastic is white instead of black, this is from a filter used by previous owner and the lens arrived very dusty/unclean. Paid a premium price for a not as described item.

Really helpful in person staff in Bath helped us find what we needed in Colchester. Camera arrived very quickly. Is a gift and hasn’t been used yet but hopeful it will work as advertised

Went to the showroom and must say what superb Service we had from him. So knowledgeable went through all of our needs show me the three Lenses I was interested in and the camera a Canon R7, was very patient and I never felt silly at any point asking some questions I was ensure about he definitely a credit to the company. thank you so so much, Alex.

They managed to find the time on a busy Saturday afternoon to remove a rear lens cap that was stuck on my canon FD 28mm - and they didn’t charge me! Excellent customer service - I’ve bought from them before and will do so again.

The website is easy to navigate, plenty of selection too.
I find I can buy with confidence because the items are often better than described.

Ordered a pair of binoculars online on a Sunday and received them on Tuesday. More impressed that Lauren at my local store contacted me on Monday to see if I wanted to collect from them rather than wait for delivery.

I visited the LCE store at Colchester to purchase a pair of Zeiss binoculars.

I was greeted by Lauren. She clearly had a great level of knowledge of the product, giving me her thoughts and recommendations, this gave me the confidence to make the purchase.

Unfortunately it is rare these days to see people in stores have this level of knowledge and enthusiasm for the products they are selling.
