I received expert advice, via email almost by return from the London Camera Exchange Guildford Branch.

Subsequently my order was was dealt with very efficiently.

In my experience as a professional photographer, this company have experienced staff who know what they are talking about, and importantly, do what they say.

I purchased a camera from this store in Guildford and Martyn was great and seemed very caring and accommodating. The buying process was very easy!

Popped in last Thursday to look at binoculars. Chap was super helpful and put up with me changing bins a million times. Mid week probably a good time to go!. Settled on a set of Hawk Frontier ED X 10x42 and took them to Arne on Saturday and extremely pleased. Very sharp clear view excellent.

Customer service is absolutely fantastic! When I visited the Guildford store I went to buy some binoculars for bird watching. I didn't really know what I wanted or needed. The gentleman serving me was very knowledgeable and spent time with me going over everything and getting me to try them all. He didn't once try and push me to buying the more expensive ones which I loved. I purchased a pair and I am very happy with them. I have since ordered a flash from here online and it arrived the next day! I would definitely recommend LCE to friends and family.

They are a first rate company with a tireless attitude to customer service. Michael, the Manager at the Guildford store sets an excellent example to his team. Very impressive.

I bought a boxed camera with accessories and a lense from Guildford. Had them sent to Newcastle branch. The lense came boxed as described. The camera body came wrapped in cardboard. And box spare battery and accessories were also missing. Newcastle called them and they said they would forward them. And the missing eyecup was ordered. So DPD wouldn't leave box so I had to use a holiday to be in. Stuff missing arrived. Was told camera had 28k shutter actually had closer to 32k. 20 days later no missing eyecup and no reply to emails. Poor form Guildford branch. Can't fault Newcastle branch though.

Update to LCE... No the missing item was posted three days after I left review not before I have email to back that up. Still the best part of a month. And no response to my emails during this period.

Ordered and paid for the lens online at 3pm and it was on the DPD van at 4pm took delivery 1pm next day, cant get better than that.

I have used LCE for many items over many years and found the staff at all stores helpful and the goods have been exactly as expected or better.

I returned a used lens for repair as the focusing mechanism stopped working. LCE Guildford responded immediately, arranged for the lens to be collected, had it repaired and returned to me with no fuss at all. What's more, they were always helpful and tolerant of my calls checking on progress. Great people and a great service. Thank you

Took an sd card In today brought elsewhere and didn’t work in the camera. They said it was corrupted and sorted it free of charge fantastic customer service thank you so much

Delivered promptly. It is even in the original box, with all accessories intact. I will be back to your Guildford store for a stand and case and, who knows, an upgrade sometime in the future. Five stars from me. ;-)
