A smooth and efficient experience. Even though the item I wanted was in a shop somewhere in the UK and not in a central warehouse, the delivery was swift and secure. Very impressed.

I was disappointed when I recived a film camera not a 70 300 lens and I had to wait an extra day,my photo shoot was on Thursday I recived my lens Friday so very disappointed but there wasn't anything I could do.

As always an excellent purchase from LCE. The lens I chose is in perfect condition, and was at a very good price. Very fast delivery, just over 24 hours, and delivered on a Saturday. I usually look on their site first for any photo equipment I need. It’s probably been nearly 15 years now, and I’ve never been disappointed. Thanks guys.

Good support and knowledgeable staff also a lot of equipment to try some difficult to buy at the moment as the new bridge camera the was good.The wildlife park was ideal for trying the long lenses not so for the macro lenses where a table top set up would have helped The food was good and they even catered for different foods if known beforehand the speaker was informative about Sony products not surprised as it was a Sony day experience can’t wait for the next LCE days nearby.

I recently attended the Sony Experience Day at Yorkshire Wildlife Park, organised by London Camera Exchange Lincoln, and it was an excellent event from start to finish.

The day began with a really informative talk from wildlife photographer Terry Donnelly, who shared some great tips and advice. Afterwards, we were able to choose from a fantastic selection of Sony cameras and lenses before heading out into the park to put the gear through its paces.

Yorkshire Wildlife Park is an amazing venue, with plenty of space to explore and an incredible variety of wildlife to photograph. Throughout the day I had the opportunity to capture everything from lions, tigers, sea lions, polar bears, rhinos and monkeys to many other species, making it a brilliant environment to test different equipment and techniques.

The event was well organised, relaxed, and offered a great balance of learning and hands-on shooting. The wide range of Sony gear available to try was a real highlight, and having a full day to explore such a fantastic wildlife park made the experience even better.

A big thank you to the team at London Camera Exchange Lincoln, Sony, Terry Donnelly, and everyone else involved in making the day such a success. It was a fantastic experience, and I'd happily attend another event in the future.

Great product. Bit of a hitch with initial shipping but sorted. Could have been done a little quicker and maybe with more customer communication.

Disappointed, Enquiry, Re New Sony RX10V, assistant had no idea what it was. Asked for an estimated ETA, he said expected by the end of July, followed by we will know better in 2 weeks, (That will be easy August then). Preference given to Pre Orders, But I want to Travel Pay Cash & Collect in one Journey. I don't do online payments. (My Choice) They refuse my business.

I have been using LCE for several years now having moved away from the higher prices of MPB (another mainstream camera gear provider).
I have always found my purchases to be very good value for money by comparison with many other camera sites.
Condition descriptions have always be accurate and in some cases I have be amazed by the condition and quality of the item (like a recent Canon 40D) for the price!
Simple to use website, informative messages for each stage of the buying process and quick overall turnaround just further complement LCE's shopping experience.

Staff got back to me straight away when I made a mistake online and immediately sorted it out. Camera arrived within a couple of days and was well packed. I am chuffed to bits with the camera.

Great selection of used goods at reasonable prices. Easy ordering process and super quick delivery. Unfortunately one item was too advanced for my 10 yr old granddaughter but return process was sorted with a quick phone call. Refund was processed equally quickly.
